Like at home

We feel very comfortable here on vacation, close to the beach. The location is very quiet, except when the wind blows from the east, when the sound of the sea is clearly audible. The house has everything you need and a beautiful new kitchen. We would love to come back

Bella posizione, quasi direttamente sul mare, bella vista sul mare dalla veranda. Buone strutture e abbastanza posti soleggiati e ombreggiati nella proprietà.

Grande maison toute équipée juste à côté de la plage! Beau jardin. Seul bémol, la literie qui est moyenne. Mais sinon tout est parfait ! Merveilleuses vacances de la Toussaint ! Merci !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Haus liegt gut und in optimaler Nähe zum Wasser. Die Ausstattung ist deutlich besser als an anderen Orten, gewisse Geräte sind neu, es hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten draussen, genügend Liegestühle, Bettwäsche zum Wechseln und eine gute Küchenausstattung. Es hat genügend Bäume, die Scahtten spenden und von der Veranda im ersten Stock ist die Sicht aufs Meer sehr schön. Leider hatter der Supermarkt in der Nähe im Juni noch nicht geöffnet, die Strandrestaurants (900m zu Fuss am Strand entlang) hatten bereits geöffnet. Wir (4 Erwachsene) kommen gerne wieder. Peter

Great place, great location!

We had a real great time at Lorenzo's place. Steps away from the beach, a huge house with everything you need and a great host who is very quick in responding in case of any problem. Very much recommended for families!

2 sehr schöne Wochen

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles da was man braucht. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern enorm viel Platz. 3 Toiletten und 2 Duschen in gutem Zustand. Lage in 2. Reihe (ca. 30 m zum Strand), top. Kontakt war sehr nett und gut. Hat sogar Spielsachen für die Kinder organisiert. Mitte Oktober sollte man mit Mücken rechnen. Fenstergaze ist aber überall vorhanden. Einkaufen, Restaurant eher mit Auto da die Wohnsiedlung zwischen den Orten liegt. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Fantastica proprietà a pochi passi dal mare

Siamo stati benissimo, era proprio quello che cercavamo. Bellissima villa a 20 metri dal mare che ci cullava quando ci addormentavamo e quando ci svegliavamo. Soluzione ottima per due famiglie da 4 persone, 4 stanze (3grandi, una poco più piccola con letto castello al piano terra) e 3 bagni nuovissimi. Tanto spazio all’esterno con ombra di pini marittimi. Doccia esterna vera, che abbiamo utilizzato sempre. Tutti gli elettrodomestici presenti (anche lavastoviglie, microonde, frullatore). Cucina gas e lavatrice pochino datate, da sostituire in futuro. Accesso con codice su strada privata dalla provinciale, quindi massima sicurezza, privacy e parte di spiaggia sostanzialmente riservata a circa 20 abitazioni della strada privata. Posizione strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle del Sud-ovest (Chia, Tuerredda, Su Giudeu, cala Cipolla, dune bianche... siamo arrivati anche a Sant’Antioco in 1,5 h). Supermercato ben fornito a pochi km andando verso Chia oppure versione extra all’ ingresso di Pula. Frutta e verdura squisiti lunga la strada. Grazie di cuore ai proprietari Lorenzo e Angela, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il giorno della partenza. Una persona squisita e ben organizzata che si e’ accertata più volte che stessimo passando una buona vacanza, oltre a rendersi disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o domanda. Voto 5! Se ci sarà l'opportunità’ torneremo molto volentieri!

Bellissima vacanza

The villa was great, providing comfortable accommodation for two families. The children (3 to 10 years old) loved the big garden and they spent lot of time playing under the trees. The free beach is two steps away and all the necessary (parasol, chairs, beach toys etc) was provided. The house is at the end of a gated driveway so there is no traffic or any noise. The beautiful beaches of Chia are 10 minutes drive and Pula is 15 minutes drive. Shops and restaurants are also 10 - 15 minutes drive from the house. Nadia and Angela were always quick in providing anything we needed and making us comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in this villa e would recommend it to families with young children.

Lovely spacious beachside house

We stayed here in April 2017 and had a really lovely family holiday. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach, and extremely safe and quiet too as the house is at the end of a private road so there's no passing traffic. Long, long beach with soft white sand. Several amazing beaches at Chia nearby too within 10-15 minutes drive. We found the house to be very spacious and extremely clean, plus it has a large garden, nice for sunbathing but with plenty of trees for shade. There's a little downstairs bedroom as well as the three large upstairs ones, so our three children were able to have a room each. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing beach holiday I would highly recommend this house.

Molto bella e comodissima

Siamo stati in questa casa per due settimane e ci è piaciuta tantissimo: proprietari molto gentili e disponibili veramente vicinissima al mare, una bellissima spiaggia e un mare azzurro e pulito la casa è spaziosa e ha un giardino fresco, grande dove è stato un piacere riposare, leggere, pranzare e cenare La cosnsiglio assolutamente

vacanza perfetta!

Aabbiamo trascorso 3 settimane in questa casa meravigliosa e ho solo commenti positivi su ogni aspetto della vacanza in toto. A partire dalla posizione della casa: invidiabile! pochi, davvero pochissimi metri dal mare, e che mare...una spiaggia lunga, con sabbia fine e un mare caraibico visibile direttamente dalla finestra della camera da letto. La villa è fresca anche nelle giornate più calde grazie all'ombra dei pini marittmi dai quali è circondata, è internamente molto spaziosa, ben fruibile e c'è tutto ciò che può servire. Lo spazio esterno è ampio e comodissimo per riporre le attrezzature da mare e/o sportive Abbiamo trovato la casa ben pulita all'arrivo e anche le pulizie settimanali sono state ineccepibili. I proprietari sono squisitamente cordiali e disponibili. Dunque vacanza perfetta!!
