THE APARTMENT IS COMPOSED OF TWO BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM, DINING ROOM, KITCHEN OPEN AND THE SAME IS COMPLETE AND A PRETTY TERRACE WITH VIEWS TO THE POOL AND GARDENS It has its own parking space just below the apartment. The fine sand beach is about 150m.
There are several types of Indian restaurants Mediterranean cuisine etcc. Cafes and supermarket.
In the months of October to June the consumption of electricity and gas is the responsibility of the lessor.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und in guter Lage, nah zum Strand und zur Stadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und groß genug zum schwimmen. Bernado war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber.

Cama muy cómoda, menaje completo, al lado de la playa, piscina y zona de jardín muy cuidados, y una terraza súper aprovechable. Una gran opción para pasar unos días de playa en Denia.

Tranquilidad y comodidad
Hemos pasado dos semanas en ese apartamento al que no le falta detalle, es precioso y está muy limpio y bien cuidado, la terraza es una pasada, con sus vistas al jardín y piscina dan mucha vida a las cenas allí sentados. La playa está muy cerca andando, es súper cómodo. Sin duda volveremos.

Es una experiencia para repetir!!
La nuestra experiencia ha estado muy positiva. Bernardo es muy amable, te puedes fiar es una persona seria, al mínimo problema te ayuda. La casa está impecable, limpia, equipada, la terraza está en frente de la piscina y es un verdadero espectáculo. El jardín está muy bien cuidado, gracias a José. La ubicación es muy cómoda, tranquila, al lado hay un supermercado, está un paso de la playa. Nosotros pensamos repetir otro año!!

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht
Wir waren im Oktober als Familie mit zwei kleinen Hunden da. Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und möchte. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Gepflegte Anlage, niedliche Wohnung mit viel Sonne, gute Lage, zu Fuß zum Strand und Denia City kein Problem, Auto kann man vor der Tür abstellen, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Bernardo und Africa haben sich sehr Mühe gegeben. Trotz meinem wenigen spanisch konnten wir uns sehr gut verständigen. Wir kommen seit 17 Jahren nach Denia und hatten bisher immer Häuser in verschiedenen Lagen, aber der Aufenthalt hat uns überzeugt auch nächstes Jahr wieder eine Wohnung zu mieten. Wir bedanken uns!

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en este apartamento con nuestros dos hijos. Bernardo nos atendió con mucha amabilidad. Todo estaba preparado y limpio. El apartamento es muy acogedor y tiene una terraza muy amplia con vistas al jardín y la piscina. Bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. ¡Volveremos, sin duda!

Piso muy bien situado, muy cercano a la playa, con supermercados y restaurantes sin necesidad de tener que coger el coche. Tal cuál se ve en el anuncio, perfectamente equipado y con una terraza espectacular. La urbanización muy agradable, zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas y una maravillosa piscina. Bernardo muy atento y disponible. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones geniales, sin duda repetiremos. Gracias por todo. 😉😉

Apartamento perfectamente cuidado, limpio y acogedor . La piscina y el jardin muy cuidado y bonito. La zona tranquila y bien situada para Denia, playa, bares, tiendas etc Bernardo muy atento y colaborador. Para repetir!

Très agréable
L'appartement est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. La résidence est très bien entretenue avec une belle piscine. De plus, la plage est juste à côté! Le propriétaire est une personne réactive et sympathique. Nous avons l'habitude de louer et franchement c'est l'un des meilleurs appartements que nous avons eus.

Non me ha gustado para nada là actitud de la mujer cuando ha venido a recoger la llave ya con la intención de buscar pega y non devolver la fianza, luego non estaba bastante agua caliente porque no habían puesto una bombona nueva dejando una vacía nos hemos duchado con agua fria el primer día hemos tenido que llamarle y ponerla nosotros.

Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Sie war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war nett und zuverlässig und trotz Sprachbarrieren konnten wir uns verständigen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und hat eine gute Lage zum Strand. Die Stadt war zwar fußläufig zu erreichen, aber uns war der Weg etwas zu lang, mit dem Auto sind es wenige Minuten.

Como algún comentario anterior indicaba, la fotos se corresponden con el apartamento. Es un espacio relajantes y agradable. En la època que hemos ido (fin de año) el clima es estupendo y la tranquilidad del apartamento extraordinaria. Hemos descansado y recargado las pilas para afrontar el nuevo año. El apartamento acogedor y muy agradable. Con muchas comodidades para hacer la estancia muy satisfactoria.

Buen apartamento
Las fotos corresponden con el contenido, la casa está muy bien y la urbanización, está muy cerca de la playa. Es ideal una familia de 4 personas. La terraza da mucho juego, no nos entraba en el coche la hubiéramos traído con nosotros, la echaremos de menos, Muchas gracias Bernardo por todo.

un peu déçue...
La location correspond bien au descriptif, cependant la superficie 70m2 inclue la terrasse. L'appartement était propre et La résidence bien entretenue. Mais nous avons été déçu par la literie vétuste (le manque d'isolation également ,donc réveil par les voisins le soir et la nuit), et nous avons dû acheter un sèche linge car celui des propriétaires était rouillé et inutilisable. Nous l'avons dit au propriétaire le jour du départ, il ne m'a pas demandé le prix (10€)pas gêner de ne pas me rembourser, ni meme dit merci de renouveler son matériel !!! Bref loc un peu chère pour la prestation.... Dommage car l'emplacement est idéal.

Pasamos unas maravillosas vacaciones en casa de Bernardo. El apartamento era muy acogedor y la terraza una maravilla. La playa estaba cerca y la piscina y los jardines son ideales para los niños. Intentaremos repetir!!! Muy recomendable.

MUY BIEN
Estuvimos una semana fenomenal. El apartamento muy bonito y cómodo, nos encantó. Al lado de la playa. Bernardo y África, los dueños, muy agradables y pendientes de que no nos faltase nada. Sin duda, volveré.
