Walking distance from beautiful river walk. Rivers Edge golf course is down the street. Beautiful views from spacious windows upstairs. Gas stove to keep you warm on winter nights. Large fenced yard for children to play. 3 large bedrooms 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. Large deck with grill and gas fire pit. Large table and chairs with umbrella. Downstairs there is a patio with chairs also. My large grassed yard is completely fenced for small children.

Great place and close to everything.

Home was really wonderful with a nice layout with large deck but what impressed us the most was how well the entire house was stocked. Kitchen had every pot and pan you would need to make any meal. Circulon pans. that was any chefs dream to use. Kitchen was stocked with spices, canned goods, oil etc. Fridge with mustard, mayonnaise and other condiments. Bathrooms had great towels and had shampoos, condition and gel for your use. Master is on main upper floor with a master bathroom ensuite. Half bathroom on the same floor. Downstairs is a large work out area with 2 bedrooms One with a queen and the other with a king. Large laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry soap and extra supplies available. The only thing it lacked was some extra cutting boards. Meant to buy some. Will definitely rent it again.

We have lived in the Bend area for 46 years, with a few breaks. We lived in Kauai for 4 years when our daughter had her children. And we lived at the coast for 4 years, which we continue to use on occasion. We love to travel with our last trip being 1 month at Lake Havasu then travel south down the Baja Peninsula with a group of 4 RV's. We have family living in Bend also.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property in 2004 and watched it be built. I love the westside of Bend for it's many restaurants and breweries. Rivers Edge golf course is in walking distance along with many trails. The river trail is a few blocks away and it connects with downtown.

What makes this property unique

I have the largest lot in the area and the views from the Great room are wonderful. You can see spectacular morning sunrises from the master bedroom and great room. I just had the entire house painted inside and out along with having the hardwood floors refinished. I don't allow pets because of having new floors.
