Between the pink granite coast and the gorse coast, you will find, in the heart of a quiet residence, a 75m² triplex refurbished in March 2013.
It is a calm and bright pavilion which has 2 private outdoor spaces, a stone's throw from the beautiful fine sandy beach of Trestel.
From the sofa, the kitchen and the two bedrooms located on the ground floor you can enjoy a splendid view of Trestel beach. This beach is very appreciated for its fine sand, its very gentle slope and its good exposure.
Change of scenery in the program with images changing with the hours, the tides and the weather

This pavilion can accommodate 8 people. you will find:
-On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher ...) open to a bright and bright living room of 21m², a cupboard and WC.
- Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine with a sofa bed.
-On the garden level: a shower room with wc, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a sea view room with a double bed (140x190), a sea view room with two single beds ( 80x190). These two bedrooms have access to a private garden where you can have lunch facing the sea.
You will also find in this accommodation equipment for your young children (cot, high chair, bath ...)

A private parking space is available in front of the pavilion.

The residence has a 2000m² park overlooking the sea where there is a barbecue, tables and benches, deckchairs, bowling green ...
A play area for children is also available in the residence. A mini golf is accessible.

As soon as you leave the pavilion, you are on the beach for swimming, fishing, sailing, hiking (the GR34 passes through Trevou) ...

Sheets can be hired. Laundromat nearby.

Traumblick auf Traumstrand

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 2 Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteteten Reihenhaus. Wir brauchten von 3 Ebenen nur 2 und genossen besonders den Blick vom Sofa aus auf den schönen Strand, der zu unserer Zeit (Mitte September) besucht, aber nicht überlaufen war. Perros-Guirec und Ploumanach mit ihren Granitformationen und Stränden sind in 20 - 30 Minuten gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genoswen. Vielen Dank. erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Hübsches Haus mit tollem Blick und bester Ausstattung

Wir haben zwei sehr angenehme Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht - vom stabilen WLAN bis zum Waschmaschine und sogar einem Trockner. Die Lage ist ruhig, und man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand. Die Betten sind gut. Und der Blick aus dem Wohn-Esszimmer auf Meer geht mit nach Hause.

Bel emplacement avec une jolie vue

Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la vue que l'on a du salon. La plage est géniale et on peut rayonner sur la côte de granit rose.

Satisfaits de notre séjour sur la côte de granit rose, l'appartement est bien situé entre Perros-Guirec et Bréhat, il bénéficie d'une belle vue sur la mer.Convenablement meublé, il est très bien équipé en divers ustensiles de cuisine (plancha, grille-pain, cuit-vapeur...). Cet appartement divisé en trois niveaux permet de dissocier les lieux de vie et de repos, il est agréable d'y séjourner.

Nous avons été enchanté par cet appartement:très propre et tout a été étudié pour être fonctionnel.De plus,les indications des propriétaires afin de trouver la location une fois arrivé dans le village étaient précieuses et appréciées. La vue est conforme à la photo du descriptif et le site est calme et magnifique:c'est une location idéale pour se ressourcer et il y a beaucoup d' endroits à visiter(nous avons trouvé toute la documentation sur place).Nous vous recommandons cette location et avons hâte d'y retourner.

Superbe semaine passée à trévou-tréguignec, vue imprenable sur la plage de trestel (à 150m), enfin une vue mer digne de ce nom. Nous avons séjourné dans ce petit cocon fraîchement rénové avec beaucoup de simplicité et de goût à la foi. Location parfaitement équipée, y compris pour les bébés. Rapport prestation prix très satisfaisant. merci pour le petit cadeau d’accueil qui nous à touché. Sans doute y retournerons nous, en tous cas nous le conseillerons à nos connaissances

La description de la location correspondait parfaitement. Les propriétaires sont très humains et très accueillants. La vue du salon est divine surtout lorsqu'on est bien installés dans un canapé ou un fauteuil confortable. L'attraction principale est la promenade et sans aller loin nous avons vu des paysages différents et merveilleux. Tout est prévu dans le moindre détail dans cet appartement. Je recommanderai bien sur cette location à un ami.

Logement spacieux, très bien équipé, propre avec une superbe vue. Nous avons, outre les prestations proposées, apprécié la wi-fi. Merci de cette attention. J'ai déjà communiqué vos coordonnées à un de mes collègues. Cependant, pour l'été, nous craignons que la résidence soit quelque peu saturée en parkings et bruyante mais cette période n'est pas celle qui nous intéresse le plus donc... A une autre année ! La Bretagne sous le soleil

Venons de passer trois semaines, avec trois petits enfants, dans cette location au-dessus de la plage de Trestel. Séjour agrémenté d'un temps idéal, trois semaines de soleil avec air du large pour rafraîchir; .Appartement triplex entièrement remis à neuf, très bien équipé, y compris d'appareils dont nous n'avons pas toujours trouvé l'usage. Avons particulièrement apprécié le couple machine à laver, sèche linge bien insonorisé. Nos enfants ont effectué un stage de voile à Port Blanc, nous sommes allés sur la Marie Georgette pour une balade en mer et une pêche aux maquereaux miraculeuse...Bref nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Félicitations

Adeptes de locations saisonnières depuis 40 ans nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour Aux Embruns de Trestel. Grand confort: tout est neuf, à commencer par la literie très confortable (enfin un propriétaire qui prend soin des dos de ses locataires, il y a lieu de le souligner). Salle de séjour très bien conçue avec vue panoramique sur la plage de Trestel. Batterie de cuisine très complète et appareils ménagers performants. Ilfaut ajouter une décoration de bon goût et accueil charmant de la jeune propriétaire des lieux . Premiers locataires des lieux, nous tenions à apporter notre témoignage et encore féliciter les propriétaires
