Un peu plus isolé que ce que nous espérions mais conforme à l'annonce

Le logement de Luciana est en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Impeccablement propre, bien équipé, grand et frais. Nous avons été surpris par son isolement : une quinzaine de minutes pour Otranto en voiture, une dizaine vers Maglie, mais Palmariggi est semi désert et ne dispose d'aucun magasin ou restaurant. Cela dit, l'emplacement permet de visiter en étapes quotidiennes la totalité du sud des Pouilles, sur ses deux côtes, sans passer la journée au volant. Une excellente base pour ce type de programme qui était justement le nôtre. En résumé, une excellente étape.

Un luogo d'incanto

Difficile dire in poche parole la bellezza di questa casa e del suo giardino: elegantissimo l'arredo, fresca sempre anche nei giorni più caldi, immersa nel silenzio di un meraviglioso giardino corredato di bellissimi e affettuosi gatti, vicina a uno dei mari più belli della Puglia, gestita dai proprietari con gentilezza estrema, questa casa resterà a lungo nel nostro cuore come un rifugio felicissimo in cui torniamo di contare. Grazie ai proprietari per l'accoglienza e la cura, un soggiorno di perfetto relax e intimità.

Un endroit paisible

Un apartement tres grandiose bien équipé avec une belle terrasse devant des arbres fruitiers Lucians le propriétaire vit audessus et très discrète mais répond nien à nos demandes si besoin. Stationnement privé un vrai plus . Ce qui serait agréable pour les visiteurs internationaux serait d avoir un poste de tv anglais .lInternet très bien bel endroit pour revenir après des visites

siamo stati 4 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, un piano riservato con elegamte patio e bellissimo giardino,la padrona di casa, gentilissima e cordiale, mobili ed arredi di pregio e curatissimi. Supermercatop a 200mt otranto a 8 km, molto ben collegato, ma allo stesso tempo lontano dalla ressa. Da consigliare!!

Splendide appartement

Splendide appartement au calme, propreté impeccable, cadre très agréable, à proximité de la mer (15 minutes environ). Madame Luciana est très accueillante, discrète et disponible au besoin. Mimo, "il canino" de la maison est adorable...ne manquez pas de lui faire des caresses pour nous si vous faite une halte dans la maison. Excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Lovely place to stay

Gorgeous, large and spacious apartment with outdoor terrace, BBQ, parking space and gardens. short drive to Otranto and beaches. We had a great stay here. Lovely owners who were very helpful! Try restaurants in Maglie for good meals.

Elegante, accogliente e rilassante

Il bellissimo appartamento è stato per noi, prima di tutto, un perfetto punto di riferimento per visitare il Salento. Poi è stato anche un luogo fresco ed accogliente per riposarci e rilassarci. Schöne Location für den Urlaub zu zweit

Das Appartement und der Standort sind super geeignet für einen schönen Urlaub im Salento. Man kann viele schöne Strände mit einer Fahrzeit von ca. 30 Minuten erreichen. Dies beinhaltet sowohl schöne Sandstrände als auch felsige Abschnitte. Otranto einer schöner Küstenort mit sehr schöner Altstadt und super Restaurants ist mit der 4 Spurigen SS16 super schnell zu erreichen, aber auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind viele nette und gute Lokale zu finden. Das Appartement ist sehr groß, hell, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Erholung pur - mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung.

Zuerst waren wir wegen der Lage (direkt an der Schnellstraße) etwas irritiert, doch die Wohnung liegt unten, geschützt und umgeben von wunderschönen Natursteinmauern mit toller Bepflanzung. Das Schlafzimmer ist hinten raus und ist ruhig. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet. Wir haben hier den Tag mit "Faulenzen" sehr genossen. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, Otranto und Maglie sind nur 15 min. entfernt. Die Vermieter-Familie ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht, dass es einem rundum gut geht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es scheint mal Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung gewesen zu sein, denn es roch sehr muffig bei der Ankunft. Bei guter und regelmäßiger Durchlüftung ist das jedoch weg. Unser Fazit: Eine Wohnung, die zum längeren Aufenthalt einlädt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einem schönen Haus mit großem Garten, das von der Vermieterin bewohnt wird. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und zugleich zurückhaltend. Man kann den Urlaub ganz ungestört genießen. Die Lage ist in einem kleinen Ort zentral im Salento - mit dem Auto kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Meer schnell erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir fanden Alles so vor wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist großzügig eingerichtet und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Ansprüchen. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, um alle wichtigen Orte im südlichen Salento zu erreichen. Wir sagen, Vielen Dank für den überaus angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Beautiful apartment villa

We stayed at this beautiful Villa apartment for a week in August and we had the most amazing time. The apartment is big with everything you need to relax. Nearby are small towns each with their own characteristics offering great places to eat. Palmariggi is lovely, close to main roads that take you to Otranto, Lecce and all the beautiful beaches to see around Salento. Luciana made our stay wonderful, she is very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend to stay in this villa apartment, it is perfect if you want to enjoy the beaches but be away from the traffic and noise at night and relaxing on the porch.

Un intimo rifugio dallo stress

Bellissima casa in un luogo tranquillo ma vicino ad ogni comodità. Pochi minuti dal mare di Otranto e in un posto ottimo per poter visitare tutto il Salento. La casa è proprio come dimostrano le foto, molto pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Ambiente fresco! (senza necessità di aria condizionata, anche se disponibile). Molto curato anche il contorno: giardino e frutteto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra! Luciana, la proprietaria, è sempre disponibile ma molto discreta e simpatica! Traumhafter Urlaub im Salento

Wir fühlten uns bei der gastfreundlchen Vermieter-Familie in unserer großzügigen, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichteten, Ferienwohnung superwohl und haben die Zeit genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Oft überraschte uns Luciana mit Früchten aus dem eigenen Garten. Unter dem Portikus konnte man mit Blick in den mediterran angelegten Garten super entspannen, sich über die Streifzüge der Katzen oder dem Haushund „Mimo“ amüsieren und nachts die Sterne beobachten. Palmariggi bietet eine sehr zentrale Ausgangslage für Touren nach Lecce, Brindisi oder Ostuni, ebenso aber auch nach Gallipoli oder Taranto. Bereits in 15 Fahrminuten ist man am Strand. Sehr gut Essen kann man im UNIVERSO am Strand bei den Alimini-Seen (von Otranto aus, vor der Brücke rechts). Auf diesem Weg nochmal ein Dankeschön an Luciana und ihre Familie – wir kommen gern wieder. Ines und Jörg aus Dresden

ein wunderschöner Mai in Palmariggi

Wir können uns der ersten Bewertung (Mai 2o13) nur anschliessen. Alles ist genauso wie beschrieben, wenn nicht noch angenehmer. Die Vermieter sind gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns soooo wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder. Palmariggi liegt ideal - von hier aus sind alle wunderschönen Orte an der Adria und am Ionischen Meer schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist blitzblank und in allem großzügig. Es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu meckern - Gudrun und Bernd aus Bonn !

Luxuriöse Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Palmeriggi 7 km ausserhalb von Otranto gelegen. Es handelt sich um eine grosszügige und äusserst gepflegte Wohnung, die sich in einem stilvollen typisch salentinischem Haus befindet, welches über einen grosszügigen und wunderschön gepflegten Garten verfügt. Das Haus ist mit einer Mauer umgeben. Der Zugang erfolgt über ein elektronisches Tor. Ein Parkplatz steht innerhalb der Umzäunung zur Verfügung. Es handelt sich um eine grosszügige 2 1/2 Zimmerwohnung, welche mit viel Geschmack und qualitativ hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet ist. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank und Eisfach, Waschmaschine und einem 5 Platten Gasherd. Geschirr, Besteck, Pfannen sowie Tücher für den Abwasch sind vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine grosszügige Sitzgruppe (ausziehbar), einen grossen Esstisch für 6 Personenhat, sowie 2 Türen welche auf die überdeckte Terrasse und in den Garten führen. Im weiteren steht ein Flachbildschirm mit deutschem Satellitenempfang (ARD, ZDF, ORF, RTL, SAT, VOX, ARTE etc) und kostenfreies WIFI zur Verfügung. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein grosses Doppelbett, ein Schrank sowie eine Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmässig aber trotzdem stilvoll eingerichtet und hat eine hervorragend funktionierende Duschbrause mit überraschend gutem Wasserdruck. Frotteetücher sind genügend vorhanden und ein Haarfön steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind liebenswürdige Menschen, die alles unternehmen um einem den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu machen. Die Vermieterin Luciana und ihr Sohn sprechen Englisch, so dass die Verständigung auch ohne Italienisch-Kenntnisse sehr gut klapp. Ab Juni stehen am Strand Liegen und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Palmeriggi ist ein beschauliches Dorf mit einer kleinen Piazza. Die Einheimischen sind alle freundlich und interessiert. Viele haben in Deutschland und der Schweiz gearbeitet und geniessen es, mal wieder ihre Deutsch-Kenntnisse einzusetzen. Man kommt schnell ins Gespräch und erhält so wertvolle Informationen und Ausflugtipps. Im Dorf ist gibt es zwei Cafe/Bars wo man auch leckere Gelati kaufen kann, eine Pizzeria, einen ATM, eine Apotheke. einen gut bestückten Supermarkt und einen Gemüseladen. Alles ist innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren im Mai ausserhalb der Saison da, es besteht also die Möglichkeit, dass das Angebot im Sommer noch grösser ist. Fazit: Preis-/Leistung ist bei dieser Unterkunft hervorragend!!!
