Gorgeous home with gorgeous views
This tiny house feels so spacious! It was the perfect getaway spot for our anniversary. Generously stocked with coffee, bottled water, even beer and wine. The views are to die for. This is our 4th trip to Asheville, and this tiny house will be our first choice for accommodation from now on. Just perfect.
Asheville and this tiny house were the perfect quick getaway before the new year. Kim was very helpful and available if we needed her. I would definitely recommend this tiny house to anyone considering a trip to Asheville. The loft was quite comfy and even though it is quite small, we felt like it was plenty of room for us.

Quietude and Grace . . .
The tiny house is all that was promised--quiet, elegantly furnished, simple, and with a truly wondrous vista. Morning tea and breakfast on the porch--looking down the mountain while listening to the chorus of birds--was nothing short of magnificent. The location would suggest absolute isolation in the Blue Ridge, though the house is quite close to downtown Asheville, and offers itself as the perfect getaway. Altogether, it's truly a remarkable place of peace and respite . . .

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
We had an amazing stay in the tiny house! It has wonderful views and is quiet and peaceful, perfect for hanging out whether the weather is good or bad. We especially liked it's proximity to the restaurants and breweries downtown and to the Parkway! Hope we can be back again soon!

It's bigger on the inside!
This was our first stay in a tiny home, and we loved it! High ceilings and a huge bathroom served to make the place feel like home. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was one of my favorite parts. The neighborhood on the mountainside and the view of the city were beautiful and full of wildlife! The host was gracious and friendly! Will definitely visit again!

Clean, cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway.
This tidy, comfy tiny house is perched adjacent to the owners' home atop a mountain overlooking downtown. The views from the deck and bedroom are amazing. The owners respect your privacy but are right there if you need anything. Very friendly and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable, and it feels like you're waking up in a well-appointed tree house. Ubers to downtown are easy. Highly recommended!

Brand new, comfy and peaceful getaway
Kim was super responsive when booking our reservation and during our stay offered to give us suggestions on places to go and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This rental caught our eye while searching the site for a last minute trip for my husband and I with our two dogs and it didn't disappoint. The house is tiny but didn't feel cramped; perfect for a couple. Parking was convenient, house was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! We also loved Kim's attention to detail by having a Keurig machine, coffee pods, sugar packets and creamer in the fridge. We arrived fairly late the night we arrived so we were so grateful for coffee first thing the next morning. We would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a rental in Asheville that has mountain views but is also just a short drive into downtown. The perfect mix.

Big time in a tiny house in the heart of Asheville
This offers the best of Asheville!! My companion loved the winding, mountain road where he could exercise to his heart's content followed by deck-time where he could reflect in silence or enjoy his classic country tunes all while observing the fantastic view change from the mountains in the day to city lights in the night. I loved that in just minutes we were down that beautiful road and in the city shopping and enjoying the wonderful Asheville restaurants and all the flair of a hopping, cultural city. This tiny house is modern, beautiful and comfortable and offers a unique luxurious adventure. The hosts were so great and professional which made it all very easy and accomodating. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect location
My partner and I had a fantastic trip. We didn't know you could be that close to downtown Asheville and have such tremendous views! It has a cute loft bedroom that is easy to access. Bed was very comfortable with high quality sheets. We really loved the heated floors in the bathroom also. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. We will be back!

Lovely Stay
What a fantastic stay! This property is exactly as described - a private, self-contained, tiny house beside the owner's main house. The location cannot be beat. It is about 2 miles from downtown, but is in a quiet area with tremendous views. The loft bedroom actually has the very best views. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. Asheville had unusually warm weather during our visit so we got the enjoy the deck with a glass of wine. One thing to note is that parking is on the street and the driveway is steep. Overall, we could not be happier and will be back!

Amazing views, perfect location.
Saw this new listing and gave it a try. Glad I did. Everything is brand new. It's a tiny house concept, but very comfortable and livable. Mountain views are great. Owner was very helpful, offered mountain bikes and had some great recommendations on places to eat. The heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. We will be back.
