What an amazing location! We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for two weeks, from October 27 to November 9.
Our initial communication was with the owner Monica, then the property manager Irene upon arrival. Both were great to work with and provided clear instructions. During our stay, Irene was very attentive, always responded in a timely manner, answered any of our questions or concerns with kindness and professionalism, was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The apartment itself is just as it’s presented in the photos; a warm and inviting space, perfect for me and my friend. Access to a full kitchen and laundry was perfect. The location is less than a five minute walk to the Arsenale Vaporetto stop (water bus). Being in a more quiet area was ideal as we were away from the noise and chaos of the high traffic tourist areas, giving us a more “local” experience. We enjoyed some of the best restaurants in the city such as Enoiteca la Caneva which is just a few doors down, to Nevodi on via Giuseppe Garibaldi. To add, via Garibladi is only a 10 minute walk and boasts restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and anything else you need during your stay.
Our main goal during our stay was to visit the Biennale exhibits, which the main events at Arsenale and Giardini were a 10 and 15 minute walk respectively from the apartment. Go 15 minutes in the opposite direction, we were in St. Mark’s Square, surrounded by the beauty of the Basilica.
Thank you Monica & Irene
