House located at the foot of the castle of Las Aguzaderas, national monument, 3 kilometers from El Coronil and 9 from Montellano, with asphalted access from the road that connects both locations. The two towns, excellent for tapas and restoration.
Although the best advertisement is the image and the images of the house correspond exactly to reality, we highlight its independence, its total openness to the countryside and its authenticity: the house, with two floors, more than 200 square meters, has not been prepared expressly for tourism, with what that would lead to artificiality. It is the house that the family uses in their vacations. Comfortable, equipped and authentic.
The walls of the castle of Las Aguzaderas look out, almost touching, the pool, sixty square meters in area (12.5 X 5).
The plot on which the house rises has thousands of square meters open to the field, to the horizon.
Fabulous sunsets during the months of April to October.
