Originally the farmhouses had the ground floor, for cooking, food and other household goods; first floor bedrooms and bathrooms and the second floor attic, today transformed with bedrooms and bathroom.
The construction and materials used in most of the house are of Catalan ceramics and very thick stone walls to preserve from the cold and heat, wooden windows with shutters.
It has an elevator to access all floors.
