VILLA ON THE BEACH FEET IN THE SAND
Ground floor of 90m2 of a Villa on the sand for 6 people, with private entrance and 2 reserved parking.
Access the beach directly from the terrace of 25m2.
NO OPPOSITE!
Villa fully equipped and renovated in 2017 & 2018: modern interior with American kitchen, living room, TV, internet, outdoor furniture, barbecue.
2 large bedrooms with storage, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
Ideal for group or family with children / teenagers.
THE SITUATION
It is the ideal solution for a community of adults and children of all ages. The holidays by the sea, the foot on the sand and the eyes in the water from sunrise to sunset, without any opposite if not the horizon.
Beach not frequented because the possibilities of access are limited by the villas situated on the sea front.
For the little ones: the beach is their playground and their possible supervision from the terrace.
For older children: take a drink with a breathtaking and direct view of the sea, enjoy the beach in the shade with something to eat, near village and town for various activities.
ACTIVITIES
Near the Camargue with equestrian tours and nature reserves of birds.
Proximity to Montpellier (access by tram and bus) with concerts, culture, shopping.
Palavas-les-Flots: Water park / sailing school / jet ski and bike rental.
Many possibilities of exit in the neighborhoods: cinema restaurants, theaters, museums, aquarium, mini golf and discotheque.
Not living on Montpellier, I would be physically present on arrival and departure. But available by phone if needed throughout your stay.
