Bring your Family down to the Beach! You are just steps away from surfing, swimming, sand castles, and SUN!

Hacienda del Sol 1 # 505 has been completely transformed! The kitchen has new cabinets with under cabinet lighting, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Everything you need, from a can opener to a crock pot! Master Bedroom has a King-Sized Adjustable bed with comfortable mattress and cozy bedding, large dresser, 38" flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Master Bath has newer tile throughout, tall cabinetry and quartz counter top, chair height wc, full tile shower with glass door. Guest Bedroom sleeps four with a full size bed, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle bed. Includes a TV for DVD viewing. There is also a pack 'n play, and an inflatable toddler bed for the little ones. Dining area has a shabby chic kitchen set with six chairs, and a leaf for seating two more. Living Room has two recliners, a queen sofa bed, and a 50" flat screen TV with Cable and Netflix, and of course, WIFI is included!! Guest bath has a full tub, cabinet with granite counter top, chair height wc. Additional storage in Utility Closet. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Blow driers are included in the baths. Towels, Beach Towels, beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, and umbrella's are all provided for you! Just bring your sunscreen and bathing suits!

Hacienda del Sol 1 is a smaller condo complex on the non-driving part of the beach. It has two pools, one heated, and a kiddie pool for children. The management are friendly and helpful.
The Cabana provides an area for larger parties, and there are grills for guest use. There are laundry rooms on each floor, also for guest use.
Activities are planned throughout the week that you can sign up for, bingo, bunco, yoga. etc. Folks are friendly, and the management keeps you feeling very safe.

There is shopping right across the street, with a grocery store, liquor store, two restaurants, nail salon, and several other stores - everything you could need!

Plenty to do in the area, with many great restaurants, shopping on Flagler Avenue, beach walking, bike riding, rental of boats, jet skis, kayaks close by. Fish right on the beach!

If you want to venture out, Disney, Sea World, Universal are only an hour away The Kennedy Space Center is 35 minutes, and it's 20 minutes to Daytona Beach.

This is a clean well stocked and thoughtfully decorated condo. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything you needed for the beach. The condo looks updated, well decorated and cozy. The complex is small and quiet.and has a responsive manager.

Excellent getaway location and unit!

My husband and I stayed here over a long weekend getaway. It was right on the beach and has a pool and hot tub - too cold for us to use at this time of year - but everything was clean and well maintained, both the unit and the property. We checked in after hours so filled out a form to get our parking pass delivered the next day - no problem. There’s a cheap supermarket across the street for whatever you may need and loads of great restaurants and eatery’s nearby. The host was responsive and gracious. And also includes a list of nearby places of interest once you’re in the unit. And oh the beach, it’s great for walking on!!And the unit was great too - an extra room with bunk beds if we want to come back with the whole family! Neat and clean, and there’s games and puzzles, too. We had a great stay, would enjoy coming back, and recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay in this clean and quiet condo. The pool was warm and very clean, and we loved being just steps to the beach. So many great restaurants and shops in the area as well.

Great location!

This was a perfect condo for my family, including a three year-old and a five-year-old. There were plenty of toys for the beach including chairs and umbrellas and towels. We were excited that the access to the pool and the beach were literally steps away. The property manager was very attentive and helpful, too. Check in was a breeze! Also, plenty of parking and a very short drive to stores and restaurants and Flagler Avenue. Also, with approximately a mile walk on the beach you had access to a playground and a restaurant right on the beach. The unit was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely visit again.

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was perfect for our family of four, two couples. The location was incredible, right on the beach. Sandra had beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys for us to use which was great.

We had a really nice time in this condo. It is always clean and nicely decorated. Check in and out are easy. Such a nice view from the balcony. We love the building and location. We can walk across the street for anything we need and skate board to the taco place down the street. My family loved it.

What a great rental! It had all that was stated in the advertisement and more. The condo was so comfortable with easy access to groceries, restaurants, an easy drive to downtown and so much more. Fantastic property in quaint New Smyrna Beach

What a pleasure to stay at Sandra's place. It was just as advertised, well appointed, and new from tip to tail! We appreciated so many thoughtful and special touches in the unit. Although we didn't get any beach time due to the recent storms and rainy weather, the unit is stocked with everything you'd need for a great beach or pool day - chairs, noodles, a cooler, fluffy beach towels, and more. Sandra provides excellent communication regarding the rental agreement and check-in process. She was patient and kind when I didn't fully read the instructions and reached out to clarify. The building manager was away when we arrived but we filled out a form for a parking pass and it was promptly delivered to us the next morning. New Smyrna is a fabulous little town. Spend the time to visit the shops, have some great food and chat with the friendly locals. The property was a good central location for the areas we were visiting (Melbourne, Daytona, Orlando), and would 100% stay here again. Flagler Ave Pizza - highly recommend for a quick snack and they deliver. Bay Street Seafood in Daytona Beach - is worth the drive for coconut shrimp and chowder.
