Villa Daniela is an 11 bedroom wedding villa in Tuscany set over three floors. Sleeping up to 22 guests in total, it's a fantastic setting to enjoy a holiday with a large group of family or friends. It's also a lovely setting to enjoy a special celebration or wedding in Italy.

The Space:
This wedding villa in Tuscany has 11 bedrooms in total, all of which can be arranged as either twin or double rooms.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a bright and spacious reception room, furnished with comfortable chairs, sofas and tables. There is satellite TV as well as a selection of games for those of all ages to enjoy. A door leads through to a fully equipped study with PC, printer and photocopier as well as WIFI internet access. Also adjoining the 'salone' is a large dining area, with table big enough to accommodate all guests.

A modern kitchen on this floor is equipped to an extremely high standard that would no doubt satisfy the most exacting of cooks, whatever the event they are preparing for! A larder leads off the kitchen to store all your foodstuffs. Doors lead from both the living room and kitchen to an outside terrace furnished with plenty of tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, both of which are fully accessible for disabled visitors.

An elevator takes guests up to the first floor of this wedding villa in Tuscany, saving you carrying heavy luggage up to your bedroom. Of course, there are also stairs providing access to the first floor.

There are 6 bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are also 4 identical bedroom suites on this floor of this wedding vill in Tuscany. With each of these suites, you enter into a hallway with a fully equipped bathroom with bath tub set to one side and and with wardrobe space and safety deposit box on the other side. Moving through this hall, you enter a living room with sofa bed and mini bar.

A staircase then leads from here to the loft bedroom which can be set out as either a twin bedroom or king bedroom. There is a 2nd minibar in this room along with a writing table. There is also an additional bathroom with shower leading off this loft bedroom.

The 6th bedroom on this floor is right at the end of the main corridor up a small flight of stairs. This is similarly furnished to other four bedroom suites on this floor but both ensuite bathrooms have showers.

An elevator and staircase lead up to the top floor of this wedding villa in Tuscany. There are five bedrooms on this floor. Two of these are bedrooms have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms, both with shower and bath tub. One of these rooms overlooks the formal gardens and also has a balcony. The third bedroom is also a kingsize bedroom but has an ensuite bathroom with bath only. The last two bedrooms on this floor are double rooms. These also face the formal gardens and share a large bathroom situated at the end of the hallway. Finally, there is a cozy living area on this floor.

All the bedrooms are fitted with individual heating and air conditioning controls, allowing each guest to control the temperature to suit them.

Outside, the grounds at this wedding villa in Tuscany are spectacular. A paved path or flight of steps leads to a formal walled gardens that have been carefully re-created from the original gardens of the 1600s. Closer to the villa, fine gravel surrounds the property and leads to sprawling lawns. Table and chairs seating up to 40 guests are set underneath a white canopied gazebo, complete with a large fountain. The air is filled with the scent of roses, lemon and grapefruit thanks to the 100 potted trees scattered throughout the grounds.

The private swimming pool is accessed via the formal gardens. This is a lovely, relaxing space with banks of jasmine and rose climbing up the walls.

The orangery at this wedding villa in Tuscany has been converted into a large meeting hall or dining area that can be divided into four private rooms if required. It provides the ideal space to celebrate a special occasion or to use as a business venue. Please note that use of this room is an additional charge.

Please note that there is also a laundry room set within the gardens. This is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A daily maid service of 4 hours per day is included in your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the villa and gardens during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Rates at this wedding villa in Tuscany include linen and towels as well as a 4 hour daily maid service (excluding Sundays). Linen and towels are changed twice weekly. A complimentary welcome buffet is also included for stays of a week or more. Heating and air conditioning are an additional charge and are payable on departure based on usage.

A daily breakfast service can be provided for groups of 10+ guests. This is charged at 18 euros per person and must be paid for locally in cash. We can also provide additional maid service (20 euros per hour) and can organise anything for you from wine tastings to cookery lessons and from a shopping service to a chauffeur service.

Please note that this wedding villa in Tuscany can sleep up to 32 guests in total when using the sofa beds within the bedroom suites and if opening up five additional bedrooms in the property so that there are 16 bedrooms in total. However, pricing is based on 22 people staying at the property in 11 bedrooms. If you need to sleep more than 22 guests, there will be an additional charge of up to 3000 euros per week. For groups of 14 people or less, we may conversely be able to offer a discount on the cost of your stay. Please ask for more details.

Finally, please note that a 2000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival in cash but is returned at the end of a guests stay upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. The costs of any extra services used will be deducted from this deposit before returning it to you.
