The Space:
Inside, this Golfo Gabella apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and doors lead from here to a private terrace area with both formal and relaxed seating and enjoying stunning views across the pool area to the lake.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first is a double room and the second can be laid out as either a double or twin room. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and enjoys its own bathroom.

Outside at this Golfo Gabella apartment, guests have full use of the communal pool area which has both a large swimming pool as well as a separate children's pool and jacuzzi.

Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 58 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.

The Neighborhood:
Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction. There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.

This Golfo Gabella apartment is also situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in.

Guests can also walk to the boat stop in about 15 minutes where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake.

For the sporty amongst you, there are tennis courts just a few minutes walk away from this Golfo Gabella apartment. In addition, there is a water sports centre where you can hire canoes, pedalos and boats. Bikes are also available to hire from the resort, including an electric bike for those who like a more sedate pace of travel! We can also help with boat hire. Please ask for more details.

Getting Around:
Since this Lake Maggiore apartment is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.

Other Things to Note:
This is a fantastic family friendly Golfo Gabella apartment, ideal for guests wanting to explore an area of Italy without the need to always jump in the car. It's an area we have a particular soft spot for. There is nothing better than a swim in the lake as the sun goes down!
