6/10 Okay

Disliked: Check-in, communication

Wouldn't return.

The property was smaller than advertised. There is no where near enough room for anymore than 2 people, although the property sleeps 6. The en suite bedroom downstairs smelt damp. Mattress and bedding desperatly needs replacing. No instructions for heating or how to turn hot water on, eventually found boiler and just turned on all the switches!!. The dust bin was full on arrival and there was no mention of bin day. There was no cleaning clothes or hoover so couldn't clean before we left. No welcome pack was found.
