Affordable Modern Apartment in Central Naples!
We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2017. Firstly, the communication with Riccardo prior to our arrival, was first class. In addition, the welcome package of 2 bottles of wine on arrival, was also a nice treat! The apartment itself is situated in a great location, approximately a 10 minute walk to the ferries, that can take you to Capri, and approximately a 15 minute walk to the historical district. The neighborhood is safe, with a short stroll to some fabulous shops and restaurants. The apartment is modern, clean and furnished to a high standard. Just be aware, that there is no central living room space, as such. The apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms, a lovely spacious bathroom, and a central kitchen space, with TV and table/chairs. At night, we just piled into the master bedroom, for family movie night! The air conditioning was a welcome addition, from the August heat. This apartment is a great base, in which to explore Naples and other key tourist sites such as Pompeii/Vesuvius, a short train or bus ride away. We also received a complimentary breakfast one morning, courtesy of Riccardo and his family - that was a nice touch. On our last day, we met Federica, Riccardo's cousin, and we had a lovely chat with her. We wish her well, since she had just finished her degree. All in all, I would recommend this apartment, which by the way, is situated in a building, with a lot of small businesses. Naples itself is a large, bustling city, with such potential. I'm just hoping that they can control their rubbish problem! So to conclude, a great apartment, in which to explore Naples and the surrounding area.
