Bellissimo soggiorno

Con tutta la famiglia abbiamo affittato tutti e tre gli appartamenti, villa a, villa b e little villa. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort, come aria condizionata, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, e sono ben arredati con mobili nuovi. Il giardino della casa che è condiviso tra i tre appartamenti è bello e ben tenuto, ottimo per i bambini. La posizione perfetta perché vicinissima alla spiaggia. Il proprietario Pasquale gentile e molto disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene!

Villa bien située à proximité d'une belle plage de sable fin et une eau cristaline. Trés bien pour 4

Villa proche du Village avec toutes commodités. En termes d'équipements, ni micro-onde ni de four, le micro-onde serait un plus. Pasquale trés réactif et coopératif, parle plusieurs langues.

Great place to stay

The apartment has a very good layout, comfortable for a family of four. It is in a quite place, good location, though the closest beach is not that nice but it is very easy to get on the highway and explore some great beaches nearby. Parking is very convenient, car was in the shade by mid PM by an olive tree.The covered terrace is a great place to eat and play. The gecco family takes care of the mosquitos in the evening :) The lawn is also good for kids to play and partly shaded in the morning and later in the afternoon. The outside shower is very refreshing when returning from the beach. The apt is well equipped, has everything needed for a good stay. We slightly missed the microwave to reheat the food but had plenty of pans amd pots to manage. The fridge is very nice size. The apt has very spacious rooms. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for clothes in both rooms. Overall I can highly recommend this apartment.

Stupendo! Consigliatissimo!

La casa è molto bella, ancora di più che in foto: pulita, curata spaziosa e il giardino è comodissimo per far giocare un bimbo piccolo. C'è anche la doccia esterna e il barbecue. La posizione è a circa 200 m dal mare, veramente vicino. Il centro del paese invece è ad un km circa dalla casa. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno portato un cestino di frutta fresca delle loro piante. Una vacanza super rilassate e consigliata per chi ama la tranquillità e il mare.

Für Ferien im Okt. weniger zu empfehlen

Super nahe zum schönen Strand, man braucht kein Auto. Leider ist im Oktober auch die nahe gelegene Bar nicht offen und für ins Dorf ( bis zum ersten Einkaufsladen)läuft man mit Kindern schon gute 15 Min. Für in ein Restaurant sogar weiter. Das Dorf ist ziemlich in die länge gezogen,wo man für ein Gelati 30 Min.läuft. Der Sitzplatz ist für den Hochsommer genial. Keine Sonne und Schatten. Dafür haben wir im Herbst schon drinnen gefrühstückt, weil einfach keine Sonneneinstrahlung da war. Das hatte man auch der ganzen Wohnung angemerkt. Daher hatten auch wir in der Nacht eher kalt und die Wolldecken haben nicht gereicht. Im Kinderzimmer waren nur kleine dünne Wolldecken. Ansonsten war es sauber aber leider fühlte sich die Wohnung ziemlich feucht an. Die Küche hatte eindeutig zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr. Da es einen Geschirrspüler hatte, haben wir diesen nicht gebraucht, weil das Geschirr, ja gar nicht für einen Tag gereicht hätte wenn man Frühstückt, Evt. ein Imbiss nimmt und am Abend nochmals deckt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hatte immer schnell geantwortet via Mail. Würde diese Unterkunft nur noch im Hochsommer nehmen, und auch nur dann, wenn man gerne Leute von der Terrasse aus beobachtet, denn daneben befindet sich ein grosser Parkplatz.

Solides Haus nahe an super Strand von Budoni

Steinhaus ist kühl im Sommer mit schönem Vorgarten Alles da was es braucht. Nur 3 Min zu Fuss zum schönen Strand von Budoni. Unkomplizierter Vermieter. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen Einzig ins Dorf zu Fuss wäre es im Sommer zu weit, bzw zu heiss. Ein Fahrrad wäre da super..

Perfekter Urlaub!

Sehr sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, es hat gar nichts gefehlt. Klarer Vorteil, wenn die "Little Villa" nicht besetzt ist, sonst kann es etwas eng werden. Wir hatte Villa "A", die Straße war absolut ruhig, der gegenüberliegende Parkplatz wird kaum benutzt. 5 Minuten Fußmarsch zum genialsten Strand. Der Vermieter-Pasquale ist sehr hilfsbereit, und beim Problemen sofort zur Stelle.

Agréable et bien situé

La maison est parfaitement située proche de la plage de Budoni. Il s'agit d'une maison partagée en 3 logements mais sans trop de vis à vis entre eux. Très bon accueil par Pasquale

Great!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La villa B est trés bien équipée et situé. Le jardin cloturé et à l'abri des regards est un plus surtout avec des jeunes enfants. La plage à proximité est belle et aussi idéal pour les enfants. Sans oublier la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Pasquale.

Sommerurlab

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit drei kleinen Kindern in der Villa A verbracht. Diese war absolut ausreichend und sauber. Vorteil war, dass in der Little Villa niemand war, sonst hätte man sich nicht so frei bewegen können. Bis zum Meer waren es ca. 200 m. Wasser und Strand sind sehr schön. Der Vermieter oder seine Angehörigen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub, beste Lage...

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Einrichtung einwandfrei und alles vorhanden. Lage nach ein paar Metern und den Pinien direkt am Meer. Vor allem ist der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Alles zusammen, sehr empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen, entspannten Strandurlaub!!.

Perfect beach side apartment for two

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was compact but provided everything we needed. We loved the fact that it was such a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to the town. Ideally, we would've liked to have had a hire car to explore further inland and along the coast, but it was not a necessity. The owner, Pasquale, was very helpful with any request we had. I recommend this accommodation for those who are looking for a beach side holiday of relaxation, in a family orientated setting.

Super Lage des Hauses

Wir durften zwei schöne Wochen in Budoni verbringen. Es war herrlich, von den Vermietern so nett empfangen zu werden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und auch die bereitgestellten Handtücher... wie im Hotel. Die Umgebung ums Haus war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Unsere Kinder haben die Wiese genossen. Villa B 4 Personen im Sommer 2011

Sehr gepflegtes FH mit freundlichem und hilfbereitem Vermieter. Ideale Strandlage und für italienische Verhältnisse sehr ordentliche Unterkunft. Strand ist wirklich nur 100 m entfernt mit köstlicher kulinarischer Einkehr zu vernünftigen Preisen. In der Nähe befinden sich schöne Wandermöglichkeiten und kleine Ortschaften zum erkunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bellissima vacanza

La casa rispecchia assolutamente le aspettative e la descrizione fornita. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito, il giardino è curato e la casa è veramente vicino alla spiaggia (dove peraltro si trova un ristorante suggestivo e di buonissima qualità). I proprietari della casa si sono dimostrati assolutamente gentili e disponibili non solo per ciò che riguarda in senso stretto la casa , ma anche nel dare consigli su strutture presenti sul territorio in maniera da agevolare e rendere ancor più piacevole il soggiorno. E' assolutamente da consigliare, in particolare a famiglie con bambini, ma non solo. Ringraziamo ancora Pasquale e famiglia.

Vacanza con bambino a Budoni

Appartamento come descrizione in ottimo stato pulito e vicinissima alla bella spiaggia di Budoni...la proprietà nel Sig.re Pasquale gentile e sempre disponibile,ideale per famiglie ed ottimo punto di partenza per le molte spiagge e località nella zona. Lo consiglio sicuramente per trascorrere un'ottima vacanza!

Villa A in Budoni

Wir haben in Villa A vom 26.06. bis 12.07.2010 einen fantastischen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ausstattung der Küche und die bereitgestellten Handtücher und Bettwäsche lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus ist im sardischen Stil mit Naturstein verkleidet und bietet schattige Plätze auf den Terassen. Der Strand ist 100 m entfernt und der Ort Budoni bietet alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und korrekt, auf alle Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet und alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!

Great little villa near the beach

Pasquale, Annamaria, and her mother are wonderful people. They were very friendly and responsive to our request for minor items needed (an extra blanket and a grill rack). Also, Pasquale maintained great communication up to and after our arrival. Thank you The house itself is a great deal for the price Close to beach Very nice garden Spotlessly clean on arrival Good size rooms Kitchen well equipped Plenty of hot water for showers Nice towels Good master bed Good closets Good appliances Areas for Minor Improvement: Biggest concern was that the house had not been 'aired out' for first guests of the season. This is not a problem as the weather warms up but remember this is a summer beach house, if it rains for a few days, it is best to run a small heater so it does not get too damp inside. The twin beds in this unit are being replaced as they were a bit on the saggy side compared to the ones in Villa B which were nice and firm. Overall, this is a great house and the owners are really great people so you should be very happy with your stay here. As an aside - the best restaurant in the area is L'isola dei Nuraghi in the center of Budoni. The service and food are the best around. And for the best ice cream - the gelateria just next door is the best on the island!

We will come again !!!!

We spent 10 days in "Villa A" and enjoyed the place very much. Nice house, well kept,with a great terrace , My Children love the place too. The apartment is spacious, clean and very close to the beach and to the center of the town. The beach was amazing,and other beautiful beaches are within a very short drive distance. Pasquale was very friendly, He responded each time when we asked for things. We will come again!!

sardinia paradise

we had a very enjoyable stay at this Villa athe end of august whit my family,we found the facillities very good and safe especially with young children.Pasquale and her family were very helpfull. The villa was very clean with a wonderfull privat garden, surrounded by blooming oleander. The real plus is the gorgeus beach just 100 metres away. Budoni is a Fantastic Village whit fantastic restaurants.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben hier zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir haben besonders genossen, dass die Terrasse am Morgen und in der Mittagshitze schön schattig war und man wunderbar die angenehme Abendsonne genießen konnte. Zum schönen Strand sind es wirklich nur wenige Meter zu laufen. Unsere Kinder ( 6 u.9) hatten in dem sehr sauberen und klaren Wasser Ihren Spaß. Am Strand kann man auch am Abend mit Blick aufs Meer nett essen gehen. Durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung ist man auch schnell mal im etwas quirligeren San Theodoro, wo man abends prima bummeln kann.
