Updated furnished, open concept, warm and inviting condo set in a resort like community with an abundance of flowers and trees all around in a quiet subdivision. Just steps away from the pool, hot tub and weight room and club house. Shea and Tatum cross streets.

This unit is impeccable. The kitchen offers all the amenities a home kitchen offers. Stainless appliances, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator -freezer, microwave, garbage disposal, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock pot etc. The master bedroom houses a king size bed with a 55 inch TV, in addition to a walk in closet. The living room hosts a 55inch TV with Cox Cable and high speed wireless internet and an HDMI Pig Tail for Firestick usage. The spacious bathroom includes a soaker tub and travertine shower. This unit offers cathedral ceilings, granite counter tops, hardwood floors full size washer and dryer and private balcony.

Ideal location surrounded by shopping, restaurants and golfing . Minutes from Highway 101 and 51. Within a 20 minute drive you will find yourself in Old Scottsdale or at the Fashion Square Mall or Desert Ridge Mall. 7 miles from the Mayo Clinic and several other health care facilities. Walk across the street to the Mountainside Fitness Facility and just a hop skip and a jump from Orange Tree Golf Club.

Escape from Minnesota

My husband and I are retired and wanted to skip out on some of our MN winter . We loved Bella Terra! The condo was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The pool area which we enjoyed most days was spectacular! We also made good use of the workout room. Everything we needed was close by . A five star stay!

Wonderful Winter in Scottsdale

Newly remodeled, this condo is beautifully decorated and appointed. The host, Cheryl, has provided every amenity that you might need. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing dinner for company, as we did many times during our three month stay. Cheryl was always only a text away and was accommodating in every way. We purchased a house in the area, however, had we not, we would be booking our next winter's sojourn here now.
