In a small residence, flat of 25 m2 + terrace 4 m2 in front of sea, in front of the beach. Renovation in progress and possible rentals from mid-May 2019.
Ideal to enjoy a relaxing stay, and let yourself be rocked at night by the sound of waves ...

Kitchen area with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and built-in refrigerator.

Attention: 2 she floor without elevator. Not suitable for a disabled person
It is located 10 minutes from Montpellier airport and 15 minutes from the new TGV station.
Private parking on the residence.
