The Space:
Bahia la Caleta 1 - Two Bed is a beautifully furnished apartment located in the picturesque La Caleta area of Tenerife. Offering breathtaking sea views, this apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, with lift access.
The highlight of the apartment is its double balcony, featuring a delightful patio table and chairs on one side and comfortable rattan seating on the other, complemented by a convenient sun awning. Inside, the living area welcomes you with two cozy 2-seater sofas and a large flat screen TV, connected to the double balcony through patio doors.
The well-equipped kitchen area boasts modern amenities, including an oven, microwave, fridge with a separate freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. It fulfills all your culinary needs during your stay.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, complete with bedside tables and lamps, a tall mirror, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading back to the double balcony. The ensuite shower room is equipped with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, and WC. Meanwhile, the second bedroom provides two single beds, a bedside table, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to a separate balcony. The family bathroom offers a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, a wash hand basin, and a WC.
For bookings of 14 nights or longer, complimentary linen and towel changes are provided. Additional linen and towels can be provided for a small extra fee.
While the apartment does not have Wi-Fi, guests can bring their own IPTV box to enjoy films on the TV. Alternatively, they can preload movies on their personal devices before leaving the UK and watch them on the TV without requiring an internet connection. Portable DVD players can also be connected, and there are Wi-Fi plugin devices available for use.
Please note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older, and the apartment does not accommodate groups consisting solely of males or females.
It is important to note that while the apartment has air conditioning, it operates at a reduced capacity. If the air conditioning, hob, and oven are used simultaneously, there is a possibility of the electric tripping.
Please note that although there is a lift to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located there are also a few steps leading up to the apartment front door.

The owner of this apartment does require copies of the passports or the information from the passports for all the guests. This is a legal requirement.
Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.
