If you want to experience a visit to Athens while living in a nicely furbished apartment, situated in a building of interwar period, 2,5 kms from the historical center, then this is the place for you! This 80 sq. m apt is located on the 1st floor of a historical building. Large windows allow the Athens sunlight to flood all rooms. Two large bedrooms give you the comfort and privacy you'll need after a day out, walking about in the beautiful and historical places our amazing city has to offer.
A cozy living room with a 50” Smart TV, is available for our guests to collect their thoughts, relax, rest and prepare for their next day. The kitchen includes all appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and all the cooking and serving utensils required for your convenience. The bath room also includes a washing machine.

Cafes, convenience stores, pharmacies, are located within this neighbourhood and most are open 24/7. Also if you need to grab a bite, there’s a variety of suggestions including local delicacies like the world famous Greek Souvlaki. The Archaeological Museum, the Acropolis Museum, the Parthenon, Plaka, Monastiraki and many more attractions are of quick and easy access by bus, subway or walking.
Convenient connections to and from Athens International Airport using the subway/metro. Attica subway station is only a 5 min walk from apartment. Bus and trolley bus stations within 50m distance. These also allow quick and easy access to the Historic center of Athens. No matter which means of transport you may choose your arrival to the center will take app 15mins, at a low cost of app € 1.40 /person. Also easy access to taxis at your door step 24/7.

Why they chose this property
"Chez Violet", my apartment, is very special to me! My husband and I furbished it considering that people who will decide to visit it should feel like home! We've chosen the colors, the furniture, the equipment....... everything, giving a lot of attention to each detail. Living in this comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment will "add" a lot to your memories from your visit to Athens.
What makes this property unique
What makes this apartment unique is that it's situated on the 1st floor of an interwar period building (built the late 30's). It is renovated, equipped with totally new furniture, keeping though the character of a vintage athenean home. Its distance from the historical city center (only 2,5 klm), the subway station at a 5 min walking distance, the buses and trolley buses passing in front of the property, make it the perfect place to stay during your trip in Athens.
