We absolutely loved it!

We booked two weeks at Francescas beautfiul house and had the best time ever there. The house is even more beautiful than it looks on the pictures. Its fully equipped with everything you need, very clean and lovely decorated. The absolute highlight: The beautiful and very big roof terrace, where we spent a lot of time. You can sunbathe there, eat at the big table and even relax under the roofed part when it rains. Its just perfect! We also loved Lingueglietta so much. Its such a sweet little village with very friendly people and a lot of cute cats. We would definitely come back!

Romantische Urigkeit im Hinterland Liguriens

Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit Francesca lief reibunglos per Chat. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für die heißen Sommermonate in den Hügeln gelegen. Nachts lüften, tags Läden dicht. Sie ist so stilvoll mit den vielen kleinen Details und Fundsachen eingerichtet, dass man immer wieder Neues entdeckt. Allein die 2 Terrassen mit dem Blick in über das Tal zum Meer sind ein Traum. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht um günstig und schnell etwas zuzubereiten. Nicht modern, sondern herrlich zweckdienlich, mit Gas. Der perfekte Ort um zu entschleunigen, Ausflüge in die Umgebung oder zum Meer zu planen und herunterzufahren. Das allerdings dauert entsprechend. Man muss die 20min Serpentinenfahrt ins Dorf mögen. Dort trifft man dann jedoch nur entspannte Dorfbewohner und manchmal andere, höchst zufriedene Urlauber.

che posizione fantastica

Ci è piaciuto molto il nostro soggiorno. Che clima meraviglioso. Abbiamo visto il sole ogni giorno ed era ancora sopra i 20 gradi in ottobre. La casa ha una bellissima vista sul mare ed è molto finemente arredata. Non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie con molte scale.

schön restauriertes Steinhaus in typisch ligurischen Bergdorf mit traumhaften Blick bis zum Meer

wir haben 10 Tage im Haus verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lingueglietta ist ein typisch ligurisches Bergdorf mit malerischen Gassen und schönen Blicken. Das Haus liegt am Ende des Dorfes und ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und hat einen traumhaften Blick ins Tal bis nach San Lorenzo al Mare und dem Meer. Es ist liebevoll restauriert und die Einrichtung passt gut zum Haus. Wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht, was in der vollständig ausgestatteten Küche problemlos ging. Am meisten haben wir uns auf der Dachterrasse aufgehalten, immer dort gegessen und tags und abends die schöne Aussicht genossen. Die allgegenwärtige Autobahn (man sieht sie in der Ferne) ist weit genug weg, so dass sie nicht gestört hat und kaum zu hören war. W-Lan hat gut funktioniert und das warme Wasser auch. Auf dem Weg zum Haus und im Haus gibt es viele Stufen mit unterschiedlicher Höhe und eine steile Treppe. Wir (Mitte 60) haben es aber noch problemlos geschafft! Auto ist erforderlich. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf. Insgesamt ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Sehr authentisches Haus mit traumhafter Dachterrasse und sehr schönen Ausblick. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da der Weg vom Parkplatz doch etwas weiter seien kann.

Très contents de notre séjour à Lingueglietta

Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour. Tout s'est passé à merveille. Nous avons adoré nos allées à la plage de San Lorenzo, connaitre les restaurants de la région. Nous avons pu nous rendre à Gènes pour une journée. Pour que tout se passe pour le mieux, protégez-vous des moustiques et équipez-vous d'une voiture. Nos hôtes ont été très gentils. nous recommandons.

Schöne Umgebung, schönes altes Haus mit einigen Mängeln

Lingueglietta liegt an einem malerischen Hang, umgeben von Olivenhainen. Zum Strand in San Lorenzo braucht man mit dem Auto 10 Minuten, das Parken dort ist recht billig, der Zugang zum sauberen öffentlichen Strand kostenlos. In der Umgebung gibt es noch weitere interessante Orte zu entdecken sowie sehr gute Restaurants. Zum Haus: Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charme, da es weitestgehend im ursprünglichen Zustand belassen wurde mit alten Mosaikböden und alten Möbeln. Leider fanden wir in der Küche vergammelte Lebensmittel, die wohl von Vormietern dort zurückgelassen wurden. Die ganze Küchenausstattung war sehr alt und nicht sehr sauber. Da müsste jeweils bei der Endreinigung besser aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht werden. Im Bad war in einer Ecke die Silikonfuge sehr verschimmelt, ansonsten war das Bad sauber und auch modernisiert. Kritikpunkt hier ist allerdings der Gasdurchlauferhitzer, der wegen des geringen Wasserdrucks nicht immer bereit war, warmes Wasser zu liefern. Die Waschmaschine mit 400 Umdrehungen ließ auch etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es gab reichlich Handtücher, Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Auflagen für Liegestühle usw. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht ruhig, da es relativ weit vom zentralen Parkplatz entfernt ist und die Aussicht zum Meer ist wunderschön.

Charming house with amazing view in medieval village

The house was perfect for a week at the beach and exploring Liguria. It had everything we (three adults, two children and one dog) needed for a comfortable stay - we loved everything about it! We especially appreciated the rooftop balconies with wonderful views over the beautiful landscape and sea, where we ate most of our meals and spent our time when at the house. The covered part was great for relaxing outside even in the midday sun. The village was very pretty, quiet and calm. However, we did get to go to a local festa with karaoke and grilled food in the main piazza, which was very nice! The only downside to the that there are no stores all groceries have to be bought elsewhere. We only tried one of the two restaurants (as we never quite figured out the opening hours of the other one), but found it to be very good quality. The owner was easy to stay in touch with, we appreciated the thoughtfulness of checking in with us during the stay - unfortunately we weren't´t as conscientious about checking our devices during our holiday and missed out on it until afterward. We had a great experience and would love to come back! All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Liguria!

Schöne Unterkunft für Erwachsene

Die Unterkunft ist schön. Ein ligurisches Häuschen mitten in den Häuserreihen der anderen Steinhäuschen mit Blick auf das Tal und in einiger Entfernung auch das Meer. Es liegt ruhig am Ende des Dorfes. Da sich der Parkplatz in der Mitte des Dorfes befindet und man das Haus nur zu Fuß erreichen kann, bleibt es auch stets ruhig. Hier allerdings ist zu sagen, dass der Weg zum Haus mitunter sehr anstrengend sein kann. Der Weg zum Haus führt über zahlreiche Stufen stetig bergab bzw. bergauf auf dem Rückweg. Mit Gepäck und ggf. kleinen Kindern ist dies anstrengend. Von Kleinkindern ist dieser Weg kaum alleine zu bewältigen. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Insbesondere in der Küche fehlt nichts. Es ist schön, aber einfach eingerichtet. Es existiert ein Doppelbett im obersten Zimmer sowie zwei Einzelbetten im Zimmer auf der mittleren Ebene. In zwei weiteren Räumen steht jeweils eine Couch, auf der jemand übernachten könnte sofern es nicht stört, dass die Zimmer keine Türen besitzen. WLan steht nicht zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer befinden sich alle auf einer anderen Höhe. Auch hier gilt daher wieder, dass man gut zu Fuß sein sollte. Treppensteigen ist hier Pflicht. Die Treppe von der unteren Ebene hoch zu Schlaf- und Badezimmer sowie zur Terrasse ist sehr steil mit teils hohen Stufen. Die Terrasse besteht aus zwei offenen und einem überdachten Teil mit Fenster. Auch hier wieder einfach aber zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auf Grund der vielen Treppenstufen im Haus und einer überdachten Terrasse mit sehr niedrigen Fenstern, empfehlen wir hier nicht mit kleinen Kindern zu wohnen. Das Dorf selbst ist ruhig. Es gibt ein Restaurant, keinen Laden. Der kürzeste Weg zum Meer ist nach San Lorenzo. Hier benötigt man gut 15 Minuten plus Zeit zum Parkplatz finden. In San Lorenzo findet man schöne Strände, Lebensmittelläden, etc. Größere Supermärkte sind in den Ortschaften neben an zu finden.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet & bietet einen malerischen Blick.

Ein typisches Bergdorf in Ligurien. Man geht zu Fuß durch die schönen Steingassen des Dorfes zum Haus. Das Haus hat großen Charakter & ist liebvoll eingerichtet. Überall gibt es etwas Neues zu entdecken. Der Blick von der Terrasse (eigentlich sind es drei: eine mit einem großen Eßtisch, eine zum Sonnenbaden & eine überdachte, wenn die Sonne zu sehr brennt) und den Zimmern ist traumhaft. In der großen Küche lassen sich bequem die Gerichte zubereiten. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.... Was man wissen muß: im Dorf gibt es keinen Bäcker (zumindest haben wir keinen gefunden) und keine Bar, allerdings zwei Restaurants.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Wir (vier Erwachsene) haben ein traumhaftes und sehr ruhiges Bergdorf vorgefunden und haben uns dort sehr gut erholen können. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Es funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten und weitere Liegen in anderen Zimmern. Der Ausblick (Fernblick) auf das ca. 6 km entfernt liegende Meer ist traumhaft. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und vor allem hilfreich. Man kann von dem Dorf aus schöne Wanderungen machen (wegen der Wärme wohl eher im Frühjahr oder im Herbst) oder an den im nächsten Ort gelegenen Strand fahren. Besichtigungstouren in die benachbarten Städte empfehlen sich ebenfalls. Lingueglietta ist ein Ort zum ausruhen bzw. ein Ort für den Familienurlaub. Bars und Clubs findet man dort nicht. Es gibt zwei Restaurants im Ort und die Lebensmittel kauft man am besten auf dem Weg zum Strand oder im Rahmen einer der Ausflüge. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen und authentischen Bergdorf.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir, eine deutsche Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), waren nun bereits über drei Mal in diesem Haus um in der Gegend Urlaub zu machen. Ich möchte im Folgenden gerne auf ein paar Punkte des Hauses eingehen 1. Die Buchung: geht unkompliziert und schnell. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und Email Kontakt auf englisch funktionierte reibungslos. 2. Lage: Das Haus befindet sich im wunderschönen Dorf Lingueglietta, das zu Imperia gehört. Die Gegend ist typisch italienisch - kleine Dörfer, hübsche Berge und vor Allem nicht wirklich viel Tourismus (wir fahren allerdings meist im September / Oktober). Leider muss man von dem Parkplatz des Dorfes bis zum Haus auch einige Treppenstufen laufen - aber das war selbst mit Gepäck für uns noch nie ein Problem. Mit dem Auto kann man San Lorenzo Al Mare, Imperia, Sanremo - sogar Monaco und Nizza gut erreichen. Im Dorf gibt es auch einen kleinen Laden, ansonsten befinden sich in San Lorenzo oder San Stefano al Mare Supermärkte. 3. Das Haus selbst: passt perfekt in die Gegend! Ein nostalgisches Aussehen, passende Einrichtung, alles Nötige (Küchengeräte, etc) eigentlich vor Ort. Die Eltern haben im Ehebett geschlafen, die Kinder in einem Zimmer "nebenan", wo sich zwei kleinere Betten befinden. Es wäre sogar noch im Untergeschoss Platz für zwei weitere Personen gewesen, da das Sofa ausklappbar ist. 4. Unterhaltung: Im Haus selbst haben wir einige Spiele entdeckt. Selbst wenn des Monopoly auf italienisch ist - es hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht, gerade wenn das Wetter mal ausnahmsweise nicht so gut ist. In San Lorenzo Al Mare befindet sich der Strand, wo wir die meiste Zeit verbracht haben. Außerdem geht direkt beim Strand ein Rad-/Fußgänger-/Inlinerfahrerweg entlang - dieser zieht sich bis Sanremo (und das immer mit Blick aufs Meer mit Ausnahme von einem Tunnel). Man kann sich beim Startpunkt auch Fahrräder ausleihen. Ansonsten befinden sich die oben aufgelisteten Städte in der Nähe, wo sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden. "Geheimtipps": Das Künstlerdorf Bussana Vecchia oder die Olivenmühle in Badalucco. Fazit: Ob für einen Familienurlaub oder nur zu zweit: uns gefallen die Gegend und vor Allem das Haus hervorragend. Man kann wunderbar entspannen und muss sich keine Sorgen machen. Das Haus bietet genug Platz und man hat auch seine Ruhe und doch gibt es genug Sightseeingmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es gibt noch hundert weitere Vorteile - aber die muss man selbst entdecken! Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter!

Gorgeous Holiday

We, a german family (2 adults, 2 children), stayed in this house more than three times now. I would like to point out some facts: 1. booking: the booking was uncomplicated and quick. The landlady is very nice and the contact via email was no problem. 2. location: the house is located in the beautiful village Lingueglietta which belongs to Imperia. The region is typically Italy - little villages, nice hills and not so much tourism (but we ofen go there in september / october). Unfortunately, you have to go some stairs to arrive the house from Lingueglietta's parking area - but for us that never was an issue (even with baggage). With the car you can reach San Lorenzo Al Mare, Imperia, Sanremo - even Monaco and Nizza! You can find a little shop in Lingueglietta but there are also supermarkets in San Lorenzo al Mare or San Stefano al Mare. 3. the house: totally fits into the area! A nostalgic look, proper furniture and it has everything you need - related to kitchen equimpment, etc. The parents slept in the double bed, the children in the room "next door", where two smaller beds stand. There would be even place for two more persons because you can swing out the couch on the first floor. 4. entertaining: We found some games in the house itself. Tough the "Monopoly" was italian it was really fun - especilly when the weather for once is not so nice. The next beach is in San Lorenzo Al Mare, where we spent most of the time. Furthermore, there is a cycle way (also for walkers, joggers, etc) which goes till Sanremo (with view on the ocean - exepcion: one tunnel). You can also lend some bikes in San Lorenzo al Mare. In addition, the cities I mentioned earlier are easy to reach and there you can find many possibilities for sightseeing. "insider tipp": The village Bussana Vecchia (where many young artists live in) or the olive mill in Badalucco. Conclusion: Whether for a vacation with the family oder just with the partner or friends: we love the area and especially the house! You can relax and don't have to worry about anything. The house is quite big and you also have privacy - but on the other side there are enough possibilities for sightseeing. There are a lot more advantages - but you have to experience it yourself! We definately reccomend this house and wish you a wonderful vacation!

Lovely

We (two adults, three kids) had a lovely time in this house. It was cool in the heatwave due to the old, thick walls, it was full of character and nice little details, the kitchen is well equipped, the loggia and the two terraces are great. I already miss the view. Lingueglietta is small, but it has three restaurants and one little shop, so it covers the basics. beaches where about 10 minutes drive away, down hill.

Un endroit merveilleux

C'est une maison que l'on adopte dès la porte ouverte. Les photos sont l'exacte réplique de ce que vous découvrirez tant au niveau du logement qui est absolument charmant et qui donne envie de se laisser aller sans rien faire d'autre que de l'environnement qui offre des panoramas magnifiques et des possibilités multiples de découvertes tant balnéaires que de ballades dans les oliveraies et découvertes de nombreux bourgs à flancs de montagnes.
