We had a lovely weekend at drumlins.

We had a lovely weekend at drumlins. Friendly and cosy. Welcomed with tea, coffee, milk and brownies which after our there in the evening, drive went down a treat. Very clean and had everything you need. Depending on what you are going away for and what you want, it is in quite a secluded area with a few local shops and quiet pubs 10 min drive away. Lovely stay, very peaceful. Us and our dog had a lovely weekend

Lovely cottage.

Lovely cottage. Great, quiet location. Very warm welcome. Due to a migraine, could have done with the use of the upstairs bedroom but it was locked. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay in a peaceful setting and would certainly recommend.

For a one bedroom cottage it was exceedingly spacious and comfortable.

For a one bedroom cottage it was exceedingly spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Although out in the country it was easy to get to many of the lakes and other places of interest and there are local walks which our two dogs really enjoyed. Kendal is only a 10 minute drive and the Asda Superstore less than that. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

We had a great week at Drumlins. The cottage is excellently equipped and very comfortable. The courtyard was an lovely place to seat and enjoy the very tasty rhubarb and crumble cake which was waiting for us when we arrived. Our dog enjoy the beautiful gardens. David even returned an item we had left there.
