This delightful bungalow nestles in a pretty Cornish village in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on The Lizard Heritage Coast.. 1 step to entrance.

Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Chynoweth is a comfortable, two bedroom, detached bungalow sitting just on the outskirts of this pretty village. St. Keverne is the largest village in the area clustered around a central village square with shops, including a local butchers, a pretty church and two pubs. This is a great location to explore the natural and spectacular beauty of The Lizard Heritage Coast which is the UK’s most southerly point and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are walled fishing harbours, colourful thatched cottages in small hidden coves, sandy beaches and dramatic cliff top walks along the South West Coastal Path. St. Keverne sits just south of the Helford River with its famous creeks, water side pubs and popular yachting haven and is home of Daphne du Maurier’s Frenchman’s Creek.
The area is popular with walkers, bird watchers, cyclists, sailors and water sports enthusiats and is home to some of Cornwall’s finest subtropical gardens including Trebah, Glendurgan and Trelissike. Visitors can explore with ease and can be in Helston, Porthleven, Praa Sands or Falmouth within a 30-minute drive.
It’s a lovely location to spend a peaceful family holiday with great sandy beaches and coves, perfect for lazy summer days. Also proves popular with couples who love to visit during the quieter winter months to enjoy a relaxing walk along quiet wind swept beaches or cliff tops, watching the amazing rolling seas and cosying up in one of the local pubs with roaring fires and great food.
Chynoweth is a single-storey bungalow with a comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen/dining room and an enclosed rear garden where visitors can relax after a busy day exploring. There is a private drive with parking for one car and ample additional parking close by. Beach 2¼ miles. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant 1 mile.
