only 3 km. from the Lavagna highway exit, on the Cogorno hill with a wide sea view over the Gulf of Tigullio up to Portofino and on the clearest days Capo Mele, the Maritime Alps and Corsica.

The property is surrounded by 2000 square meters of fenced ground supported by old dry stone walls, olive trees, fruit trees, hazelnuts, chestnut trees, meadows, a small wood next to it and the path "the slate road", thus forming a peaceful natural oasis.

On warm summer evenings a light breeze from the sea reaches the hill.
The house built entirely of stone (strictly dry) is not isolated and can only be reached via steps

On the quite road that passes below the house (but not visible) you will find parking for your car.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir hatten leider sehr großes Pech mit dem Wetter wodurch wir den Garten mit Liegestühlen und Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Chiavari eigentlich nicht nutzen konnten. Das war sehr schade. Dadurch haben wir uns um so mehr in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten gemütlichen Haus aufgehalten. Eine tolle Vermieterin die uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt hat, mir sogar zum Geburtstag gratuliert hat und Tipps für Ausflüge in die wunderbare Umgebung gegeben hat. Nicht zu vergessen die guten Betten. Der Nachbar scheint schlechte Erfahrungen mit Gästen gemacht zu haben und hat sein Grundstück mit nicht zu übersehenden Schildern bestückt, was ein bisschen schade ist. Ansonsten alles top.

Ruhe, Entspannung und eine fantastische Aussicht

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen in der Natur mit toller Fernsicht und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Die Treppen sind eine kleine Herausforderung, aber es lohnt sich! Vielen lieben Dank an Monica für die Gastfreundschaft und vielen tollen Ausflugstipps.

Séjour global satisfaisant

Jolie maison cosy avec une vue superbe et un calme appréciable. Mais a déconseiller aux gens ayant des soucis physiques: 125 marches pour accéder à la maison! Il n’y a pas de vrai parking mais une alcôve sur la route pour y caler la voiture. Enfin pas de Clim sauf dans une chambre donc chaud la nuit

Wunderschönes Anwesen!

Wie schon vorherige Urlauber berichten, sind die 125 Stufen eine Herausforderung! (Machen aber stramme Waden und einen Knackpo). Das man nicht nur die Koffer, sondern auch jeden Einkauf nach oben tragen muss sollte jedem bewusst sein! Das Haus und das Anwesen selber entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern! Monica ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, zurückhaltend aber immer mit guten Tips steht sie zur Seite! Ein kleines Manko ist die hellhörrigkeit des Hauses! Als Eltern mit 2 Kindern (in diesem Fall schon älter) fehlt etwas Privatsphäre. Wir waren mit Hund dort und auch unser Vierbeiner war super entspannt! Komplett eingezäunt konnte er alles in Ruhe erkunden ohne das wir ständig aufpassen mussten! Danke an Monica für die Gastfreundschaft!

Super locatie

Wij hebben een week doorgebracht in het mooie huis op een geweldige locatie. De trap van 127 treden moet niet worden onderschat, maar het huis en het uitzicht zijn geweldig. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Wij vonden de koelkast wel wat klein voor een gezin, ook omdat je niet elke keer met de boodschappen de trap op wilt. Ook zou de douchgel een kleine update kunnen gebruiken. De airco is slecht in 1 slaapkamer aanwezig. Maar verder was het top! De communicatie met Monica was ook erg fijn!

Beautiful house with a great view!

We (a family of four) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The view over Chiavari and the Ligurian coast and hills is breathtaking. In Chiavari you can find some very good restaurants and shopping possibilities. The house lies quiet in the hills but not far away from the autostrada so that you can also do some trips to Genova, Cinque Terre, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure or Portofino. All in all a perfect place to relax. Thank you Monica for a beautiful holiday!

View to Portofino...

Great and quiet Location/House with stunning views from 300 meter over the sea level. However, you need to be a bit fit to make the 120 steps from the street to the house. escpecially with the luggage in the beginning.

Entspannung pur

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen. Wunderbarer Ausblick. Alles tadellos. Check in hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns vorab Tipps für Unternehmungen zukommen lassen und zwischendurch nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Monica ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die vielen Stufen haben es in sich, aber wenn man mal oben ist, wird man mit dem Ausblick belohnt. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.

Urlaub im Paradies

Wircklich ein wunderbarer Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen! Ein kleines Paradies in wunderschöner Lage. Auch die Treppe kann man gut bewältigen. Bella vita

A lovely house, great garden and an absolutely stunning view. The house was bigger than we thought, fully equiped and nicely decorated. Communication with hostess was perfect. Upon our arrival she sent us an e-mail with detailed information of Liguria. And also during our stay, Communication was great and super friendly. She even warned us for upcoming bad weather. We really felt welcome!

Wunderschönes Steinhaus in Alleinlage mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wer Wert auf Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wenn man die Stufen überwunden hat, was für uns kein Problem war, hat man sich in einem kleinen Paradies wiedergefunden. Alles war so, wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Ein sehr schönes Steinhaus, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein gemütlicher Garten und vor allem eine traumhafte Aussicht. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Leckereien und die Kommunikation mit Monica war immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank auch noch einmal für die vielen Tipps. Sehr zu empfehlen war das Restaurant Creuza de ma in Cogorno, sehr leckere Pizza! Sehr praktisch war auch der große Supermarkt Basko in Cogorno. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch noch die festen, stabilen Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster und auch an der Eingangstüre. Sehr angenehm. Wir hatten wundervolle 14 Tage und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Superbe location

Traumhafter Urlaub

4 urlaubsreife Menschen und ein frecher Hund machten sich über 1000 km aus dem Norden auf, um dann müde und glücklich im wunderschönen Cogorno anzukommen. Es mussten nur noch die 125 Stufen erklommen werden, mit Gepäck natürlich, um zu unserer Casa zu gelangen, dass hat uns wieder fit und munter gemacht. Was uns dann erwartete, übertraf unsere Erwartungen, ein wirklich wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Wir haben unsere Urlaubstage sehr genossen, ob in der Hängematte, auf der Liege, im Baumschatten oder der Holzbank, im gemütlichen Garten, war für jeden ein Platz dabei. Liebe Monica, wir danken dir für deine tollen Urlaubstipps, die bezaubernde Unterkunft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt ingesamt sehr zufrieden. Das gesamte Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegenden Hänge und die Küste bis nach Portofino. Das Haus ist abseits gelegen in einer traumhaften Landschaft, sodass man sehr gut auch einfach im Garten in der Hängematte entspannenkann. Man hört keinerlei Verkehrsgeräusche. Alle wichtigen Ausflugsziele wie Genua, Portofino, Cinque Terre und Portovenere sind in einer bis maximal zwei Stunden erreichbar. Dazu kann man das Auto, die Bahn oder auch das Schiff nutzen. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr zentral und verkehrsguenstig gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und liefert zahlreiche Informationen über mögliche Ausflugsziele. Sie erkundigt sich permanent ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ein Begrüßungsgeschenk war auch vorhanden. Das Grundstück liegt am Hang und grenzt an andere Obstgärten mit Olivenbäumen und diversen Obstgehölzen an. Der Besitzer des benachbarten Gartens hatte anscheinend bereits negative Erfahrungen mit Urlaubsgästen gemacht, weswegen er ein paar Schilder auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück aufgestellt hat, die auf sein Eigentum hinsweisen. Um in das Haus zu gelangen muss man zuerst eine steile und relativ lange Treppe (ca 30m) überwinden. Darauf wird hingewiesen und für uns war das keine Einschränkung. Ältere und weniger sportliche Menschen könnten damit Probleme haben, wenn es darum geht das Gepäck oder Einkäufe ins Haus zu bringen.

Prachtige plek op grote hoogte

Een heerlijke week gehad in het zeer compleet ingerichte huis van Monica. Tuin en uitzicht geweldig. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. De trap is lang en vereist een goede conditie maar de inspanning is zeker de moeite waard!

Wunderschönes Haus mit prächtiger Aussicht

Wir (2 Erwachsene mit Hund) haben 2 Wochen im Mai 23 unsere Ferien dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist vollkommen für sich allein. Kein Nachbarhaus und keine Strasse die Lärm verursacht. Die Gastgeberin Monica und ihr Sohn Andrea waren sehr hilfsbereit. Auch für den Hund war das grosse, vollständig eingezäunte Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, ein kleines Paradies. Die prachtvolle Aussicht bis Portofino war immer wieder bewältigend. Wir können es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ein Traum ...

Wenn man die zahlreichen Stufen hinter sich gebracht hat, wird man mit einem traumhaften Ausblick belohnt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet.
