Charming, fully renovated, villa in Marbella can accommodate 12 people comfortably, private garden & pool, close to beach, restaurants & golfs.

Extensive renovation in 2022 to bring it to best standards of comfort. New fully equipped Kitchen. Large living room/dining room space. 2 outside terraces with 2 separate dining areas and sitting area. Fiber optic internet & TV with wide choice of international channels.

The private pool in the middle of the walled garden is a wonderful place to relax in the sun as well as shade. The garden is an oasis of tranquility planted with mediterranean & tropical plants.

The beach is 400m away. If you walk along the beach you will reach the Artola natural reserve and its unspoilt beaches.

You have 8 restaurants within walking distance in different price ranges. We especially recommend the Rama & Simbad restaurants which are on the beach & within walking distance (400m & 600m).

For golfers this is one of the places in the world with highest density of golf courses. If you prefer tennis 3 great clubs nearby.

Perfect for couples, families (with children) and large groups. If you have kids this place will be heaven. You will see them playing in the garden & pool. Beach is close. They can also enjoy golf or tennis courses.

Casa cómoda y bien ubicada

La casa era grande y cómoda, aunque 2 dormitorios y un baño tenían entrada independiente. La piscina fenomenal, aunque al haber tantas plantas había muchos mosquitos. La comunicación con los propietarios y la persona de contacto muy buena.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren mit 11 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz! Es bietet alles was benötigt wird! Der Strand ist nur einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der große Pool wurde auch häufig und gerne genutzt. Einziger Nachteil waren die Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft.

Great property, close to the beach

The house is as showed in the pictures. Lot´s of space on the inside for my family of 6. Also around the house enough space and the swimming pool is great. The house is at 5 minutes walk to the beach and some restaurants right on the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet. Only 30 minutes from the airport and close to Marbella and also to Malaga City. The house is fully decorated and nothing was missing. The owner welcomed us on time and was easy reachable for the questions we had during our stay. I really can recommend this listing for a sunny family holiday. We will certainly return next year.

Great house for large family or friends

Stayed in this villa in Sept 2016 with my wife our 2 daughters and friends with their children. We had a great time. The house is close to the beach and some good restaurants. With 8 of us, we had more than enough space. I also liked the golf course around. The house has been newly renovated and extended and is in perfect state. Would definitely recommend staying there

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this splendid area of Marbella in 2014 while looking for a house. Marbesa is one of the best managed communities in Marbella. Built alongside the sea with a gentle slope it is an area of villa's with beautiful gardens and views. It's a very quiet family neighbourhood. Shops & restaurants are close by. The beach is only 400m away. If you are into sports there are numerous golf courses within a 15m driving distance as well as 4 tennis clubs.

What makes this property unique

The house & garden were fully renovated in 2016. Since then the garden has grown fully and it is now a beautiful place to spend your day next to the pool. The house has splendid open spaces, large windows with views to the garden, latest facilities, fully equipped kitchen. We have a large covered terrace with views to the sea.
