Villa San Bastiano is a middle-aged stone building located on the top of the hill of Monsummano Alto. From the villa you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the surrounding valley. The structure has been completely restored preserving all the original walls dating back to the end of the fifteenth century.

Originally the building was a ancient hospital, later converted into a villa to provide a unique experience. With its utmost enjoyable position overlooking the Valdinievole area, it offers incomparable views over six of the ten provinces of Tuscany. At Villa San Bastiano, nature, Art and wellness are the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay.

ACCOMMODATION: Villa San Bastiano is 220 square meters and can accommodate 10+2 persons in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It extends on 2 levels:

Ground floor: you enter the villa on the ground floor directly in the living room leading to the dining room and to the fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room is attached to the kitchen. On the other side of the entrance you access the first 2 double bedrooms each one with its own ensuite bathroom with shower.

First floor: an internal staircase leads to the first floor where you can find the other three double bedrooms each one with ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms is connected to a smaller bedrooms with two single beds.

The bedrooms at Villa San Sebastiano are designed to offer maximum relaxation, with all the comforts and in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment. The furniture is modern and essential harmoniously blended with the ancient surrounding. The rooms offer an extraordinary view over Monsummano Alto and the surrounding valleys.

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: the spacious garden surrounding the villa offers several relaxing corners to enjoy the view and the quiet. A paved area sheltered by a gazebo hosts the outside eating area equipped with large table and chairs.

Recently built,the above ground swimming pool is accessed from a wooden paved solarium. Equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas, this is the ideal place to unwind for all the party.

Another wooden paved terrace equipped with sun lounges and sun umbrellas offers a large Jacuzzi pool for your complete wellness and relaxation.

NOTE: For stays of less than a week, the light dinner and the continental breakfast will not be provided, as well as the 2 hours of extra cleaning and bathroom linen change.

The price includes: water, electricity (consumption up to 300 kw), gas for cooking; towels and bed linens; WI-FI internet connection; welcome basket; baby con and highchair (on request).

The price excludes (to be paid to the property): electricity (consumption over 300 kw): Euro 0.75 per kw; final cleaning: Euro 250.00 to be paid on arrival; possibility of heating the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi, even out of season.
