A clear and simple house to live in, for holidays between sea and mountains. Ideally located, you are 10 minutes from a lake lifeguard, 20 minutes from the beaches and walks or mountain walks can be done half an hour of Pollestres. Three bicycles are included in the rent to discover the paths between the vineyards surrounding the village is situated on the wine route. It remains in the garden lined with oleanders, quiet, with the Albères and the Canigou in the background. Perpignan center is 15 minutes. All shops and amenities are nearby. Possibility to park a vehicle in the yard.

Empfehlenswert

Schöne Wohnung, tolles Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche, sonniger Außenbereich. Man darf sogar das Piano der Eigentümer benutzen, was mir viel Spaß gemacht hat. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet; Pollestres ist für Ausflüge in die Region günstig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin lief sehr gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Haus sind verbesserungswürdig; ebenso die Arbeit der Reinigungskraft.

Tolles Ferienhaus / superbe maison de vacances

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit der ruhigen Lage sehr genossen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Die Busverbindung nach Perpignan ist prima , aber auch mit dem eigenen Auto kann man die Stadt gut erreichen. Wir haben das warme Wetter in dem kleinen Garten genossen. Wir haben viele Touren unternommen, sowohl das Meer, als auch die Pyrenäen sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, an den wir uns gerne erinnern werden. Der Kontakt zu Hélène und Marc Strauss war sehr nett und verbindlich. Isabelle, die uns vor Ort betreute, war zuverlässig und sehr nett.

What you see is what you get...

House corresponds to description. The passage of time is obviously noticeable however quickly forgotten: the good design of the living quarters makes one feel quickly at home.

Gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Eigentümer, der im Elsass wohnt, als auch mit der Dame vor Ort, die das Haus und die Schlüssel übergibt war rundum schnell, gut und freundlich. Die Lage ist traumhaft, viele Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind direkt im Ort. Wir empfehlen Pollestres und dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter und werden ggfs auch selber wieder kommen!

Zentraler Ausgangsort für Unternehmungen aller Art und dennoch in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles ist im Haus vorhanden, was für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt notwendig ist. Perfekt.

Eine unscheinbare Urlaubs"perle"

Vorab ein Dankeschön für die korrekte und problemlose Abwicklung der Buchung an Familie Strauss! Das Haus hat echte innere Werte: die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Als Hobbykoch habe ich nichts vermisst. Das Bad ist geräumig und die begehbare Dusche ist komfortabel und leicht zu reinigen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer haben wir selten benötigt. An drei Regentagen haben wir im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer gegessen. Sonst waren wir immer im Garten. Die Nachbarn sind kaum wahrnehmbar. Ein ruhiges Viertel. Zum Bäcker ist es nicht weit. Und auch der Bouleplatz ist nah. Die örtliche Weinkellerei bietet guten Wein und der nahgelegene Intermarcheé versorgt selbst Veganer. Von Pollestres nach Cyprien an den Strand sind es ca. 20 Min.. Wir sind die Strecke auch mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Hier gibt es viele Radwege und die Franzosen nehmen spürbar Rücksicht auf Radfahrer. Und mit einem E-Bike sind auch die Straßen Richtung Tautavel oder Cerêt (Museum!!!) ein echter Genuss. So kann man auch ohne Reue die verschiedenen Winzer besuchen. Ob Natur, Geschichte und Architektur, Kultur, Kulinarik oder Sport jeglicher Art, Pollestres ist ein ideal gelegener Standort. Wir waren auch in einer Stunde in Girona oder haben das Dali-Museum in Figueres besucht. Tipp: Rückfahrt über den kleinen Pass de Banyuls. Wir haben hier in vier Wochen sehr viel erlebt und gesehen. Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage in Pollestres verlebt. Diese Ferienadresse können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et avons eu bien du plaisir à découvrir la région!!! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, vraiment au calme, très pratique et spacieuse.
