Great location, ok property

Fabulous views and a great location - could do w some aircon or maybe a fan for the hotter nights, wifi would also have been good. There was also a hot water issue which was a shame. Overall, good value for money and comms w the host were good.

Albuferia

We enjoyed our stay in this unit . It’s a little bit of a walk into old town (about 10 mins, we usually did it along the beach, which was a delightful walk). The unit is perfect for a couple. If you want to put the Murphy bed up and down, be aware that you’re going to have to be able to lift 40/50 lbs. otherwise you can just leave the bed down. The area went through a bit of a cold snap while we were there and we asked Joao if he had another heater, he was very quick to respond with an extra heater which made a huge difference to our comfort. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You can even have a bbq out there. We would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Unfortunate

Stayed 10 days in this studio. The view was great indeed but unfortunately allot of things were dirty.. plates, pans, matress the whole house was dusty... despite the fact that the service fee was very expensive. Plus it was so hot in the evenings while the owner told us that the place doesnt have/need an airco so we have been cooking in that room for 10 days. The furnance was also broken and it smelled like gass constantly even tho we never used the oven. And the communication was also very bad ... very low english skills.

Andere Unterkunft als gebucht

Aufgrund von Schimmelbefall in der gebuchten Unterkunft wurde uns 8h vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass wir eine andere Unterkunft bekommen. Aufgrund kalter Temperaturen (ca. 14°C in der Wohnung), hoher Luftfeuchte (Schimmelbefall im Badezimmer) und keiner Heizung in der Wohnung sind wir auf eigene Kosten umgezogen. Es wurde zwar nach Beschwerde 2 kleine Heizlüfter hingestellt, diese waren aber nicht in der Lage die Unterkunft angemessen zu heizen. Beim Telefonat mit der Agentur war der Mitarbeiter weder der Deutschen noch der Englischen Sprache mächtig. Ich rate von FeWo direkt dringend ab und ich rate von Wohnungen dieses Anbieters ab.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, Joâo a été très réactif pour nous rendre le séjour le plus serein possible ! Tout était parfait, l’appartement est bien situé, calme et surtout a une vue imprenable sur la mer !

Le logement était encore pleins de sable quand nous sommes arrivés, nous prenons l’électricité avec la machine à laver et l’évier ce qui reste très dangereux! Le lit est très inconfortable. Et là bac de bouche n’est vraiment pas rassurant, à tout moment, nous pouvions passer au travers. Le seul point positif est la vue du balcon. Pour clôturer notre séjour, le propriétaire nous demande 35€ de plus pour un sèche-cheveux dont on n’a jamais vu la couleur, malgré nos vidéos et photos, il n’a pas daigné nous répondre, je vous déconseille très fortement ce logement, afin que nous puissions arrêter de faire travailler les voleurs dans son genre.

Très mauvaise expérience. Déjà très mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire nous n’avons aucune nouvelle de lui 3h avant l’heure l’arriver malgré les nombreux messages envoyés. Quand nous sommes arrivés au logement une vitre était cassée et sécurisée avec une bâche. Le propriétaire nous a accusé et il nous a facturé les dégâts. Sans aucune preuve. Très déçue. Propriétaire mal honnête !!!! Propreté moyenne des mégots de cigarettes par terre sur la terrasse

Schöne Wohnung, perfekte Lage

Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern. Für zwei Personen ausreichend mit sehr schönem Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, das Stadtzentrum etwa 15 Minuten.

Partons tjrs avec abritel jamais déçu la juste il faudrait changer la literie et mettre une cafetière le service de navette qui a été fait avec la personne qui gère les lieux génial pour une arrivée et un départ aéroport

Super schöne Lage, die Wohnung im allgemeinen etwas renovierungsbedürftig

Der der Check-in verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist süß eingerichtet und vom Balkon aus hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick und viel Platz. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr spärlich eingerichtet und auch einige Dinge die ausgeschrieben waren, wie beispielsweise ein Haartrockner und eine Kaffeemaschine waren nicht vorhanden. Auch Essig, Öl, einen Korkenzieher etc. mussten wir alles selber kaufen. Ein scharfes Messer war vorhanden, mit dem Tomatenschneiden leider eine Herausforderung war. Zudem hatten wir eine große Bettdecke für zwei Personen. Der Zustand der Möbel etc. Ist allgemein renovierungsbedürftig. Das Sofa hat eigenartige Flecken, die Stühle und der Tisch auf dem Balkon wackeln etc. Auch die Lampen haben nicht alle funktioniert. Nach etwa 2 Tagen waren leider die Abflüsse im Bad verstopft. Daraufhin haben wir Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin aufgenommen und sie hatte die Lampe im Bad ausgewechselt und die Abflüsse gesäubert. Dass dies reibungslos und unkompliziert verlief war sehr gut. Im allgemeinen eine sehr süße Wohnung, die allerdings Nachbesserungspotenzial hat. Ebenso sollte die Beschreibung der Ausstattung überarbeitet werden. Der Check-out verlief ebenso unkompliziert.

Placement parfait mais aménagement sommaire et communication mauvaise

Pour : appartement très bien placé, plage à 3 min, commerce et restaurant à proximité, 15 min à pied du centre d’Albufeira. Vue imprenable et appartement très calme même en haute saison. Contre : pas bien aménager pour y habiter une semaine : pas d’éponge, de sel et poivre… toutes les petites choses que l’on a pas envie d’acheter en vacances pour une semaine. Lit pas du tout confortable, je ne conseille pas pour les gens qui on des problèmes de dos. Et le gros point négatif, la communication avec l’hôte est très très mauvaises, aucunes informations concrètes pour la procédure d’arrivé et de départ ou alors la veille a 21h après 3 messages…

Vue inoubliable dans Albufeira

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le balcon donne sur une vue splendide donnant sur la mer. L'appartement est propre avec assez d'espace pour un couple. Communication excellente avec le propriétaire. Selon nous, il y aurait quelques points à améliorer : - La porte du balcon fermant très mal - Pas assez d'ustensiles (chiffon, savon, éponge...) - Le lit pas forcément très confortable - Il manque un rideau à la baie vitrée pour cacher les rayons du soleil visibles à travers les volets le matin Cependant nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour toutes personnes souhaitant passer une semaine à Albufeira près de la plage.

Appartement charmant, bien placé, avec une vue sur mer incroyable

Très bel appartement de taille idéale pour cuisiner, bien équipé. Bien placé dans un quartier agréable à 2 min de la plage, 15 min à pied du centre ville d’albufeira, 30 min de la marina, quelques commerces et restaurants à proximité. Et le gros gros point positif de l’appartement est sa terrasse incroyable avec vue proche et dégagée sur la mer!! Je recommande chaleureusement.

Needs some improvement

We enjoyed our stay because of the location, view and the terrace overlooking the sea. The furniture was dated, the toile flusher and seat needed to be repaired of tweaked, the lights were very low which was ok, We asked for additional blanket since it was freezing at night for the first few nights as well as a blender and an extra set of towels since we were there for over a month stay. Patricia was great at getting us those items including a blender. We bought some bowls which and plastic storage items for the fridge, some ice paks, as well which we left for the next visitors. These comments on improvements I'm making is to make sure you guys can make this even a much better place for other visitors to book. The Seagulls were great to look at except do not ever leave food on the terrace as they will come and grab them... And they also damaged one of the cushions on the double seat on the terrace. So be careful... It was really great eating out on the Terrace at night and in the am or mid day. Miss it already. C’est toujours un vrai plaisir de venir à Albufeira depuis plus de 10 ans! Soleil assuré! Les portugais sont très accueillants et gentils ! On y mange très bien ! Très belle région ! L’appartement très bien situé ! Pour deux ça suffit ! Très bel accueil ! Je recommande !
