countertops.There is a washer and dryer and has all stainless appliances.
This is an end unit on the beach with a large front yard with patio areas.The unit has all glass facing the
the channel and the London Bridge..Each Master suite has a sliding door leading to the patio and the beach
In front.The complex is on the channel with only 8 units on the beach level.These are larger then the other 42 units
above.Perfect for having your boat in front of the condo for easy access..Monthly rental January and February

Wonderful location

Location very convenient to walk everywhere and keep our boat right out front on the beach. Bring propane if you want to BBQ though. Property was clean. We would stay again

Great Stay!

The condo was great! It was clean, well stocked and easy walking distance to restaurants. Being beach front is great and makes it so easy when returning from a fun day on the lake. The owner was very responsive and very helpful. We will be back.

Family vacation

The property and location was great. Our family enjoyed being so close to the water. The unit was a great size with the two master bed/bath, but the only thing I would say is it is better for 4 rather than 6 guests (like the description said). We had our 3 adult children staying in 1 king size bed, but we made it work. We had a little problem with the dishwasher and wi-fi, but the host got back to us within 24 hours and the problem was resolved.

Things inside bit outdated like tv. It was clean. Walk in to visitor center. Building itself was bit difficult to reach to back side.

Perfect Location!

We had a great time! Perfect location on the left end of the building facing the water. So convenient to come in from the heat with the kids and make a nice lunch. Kitchen was fully stocked. We even had laundry detergent amd dish soap! Would love to come back!

The best place to stay in Havasu

You cannot beat this location. Wake up to the water outside your window - Walk to the beach and have the luxury of heading back in to the nice air condition at any time. Love this place!!
