This spacious farmhouse for 6 people will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the sun of Málaga.

Only the first floor. The ground floor is not included, but it is not inhabited. The property is private for tenants.

This farmhouse maintains the balance between countryside and city, thanks to the excellent communication via the Old Road to Málaga.

Where you can be situated in the center of Alhaurin el Grande in just ten minutes by car. Likewise, it is only 30 minutes from Málaga Airport, and it also has access to different towns in Málaga: Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda, Fuengirola.

The plot is entered through a gate where you can leave your car in the same enclosure and keep it safe, as the entire plot is fenced.

When you get out of the car, you can observe the pool, which, being high in an independent space, has sun at all hours of the day. The pool has sun loungers and garden furniture to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Access is secured with a wrought iron fence.

Access to the house is via stairs on the left side of the enclosure, from where, as soon as you enter, you can enjoy the enormous living room and American kitchen. A kitchen equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, pans, toaster, water heater, cooking utensils, juicer, coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.

The layout consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them with double beds and another bedroom with a single bed.

The accommodation has an air conditioning system with heat pump in the main accommodation (living room and in two bedrooms)

The bathroom is a shower tray.

Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in water supply and how they might affect the traveler's stay, always provided that these were decreed by the competent authorities and were mandatory.

The accommodation accepts dogs up to 10 kg with a supplement.

The deposit will be unblocked or returned after your stay.
