Einfach nur schön

Die Wohnung am Hang hat eine tolle Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Und Katrin ist eine überaus hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und überlegen schon, wann wir wiederkommen.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten tolle 6 Tage im Haus von Katrin. Katrin ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Aktivitäten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Happy holiday

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen vor Ort (2 Erwachsene, 3 Jugendliche, 1 Kind) und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Villaggio Mandorli ist ein sehr ruhiger, in die der Berge eingebetteter, wunderschöner Ort. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit Katrin war von Anfang bis Ende ausgezeichnet. Bei Problemen wurde schnellstmöglich geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Es war alles vor Ort, was notwendig ist. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Utensilien für den Strand (Schirme, Spiele, Bodyboards etc.) sind ebenfalls vor Ort. Der schöne Hausstrand (Spiaggia Capus) ist fussläufig zu erreichen (ca. 10 Gehminuten). Um die Gegend zu erkunden, ist ein Roller oder Auto empfehlenswert. Diverse Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten gibts alles Weitere in Villasimius. Vielen Dank für die Möglichkeit, das tolle Haus zu Nutzen und vor allem die freundliche Aufnahme!!!

Toller Urlaub

Katrin ist fantastisch, die Lage großartig, der Blick sucht seines Gleichen, das Haus top sauber, alles funktioniert, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen veraltet (außer die Küche, die ist prima), nachts wird es im Haus sehr warm, obwohl draußen angenehm kühl. Verdunklung ohne Schließen der Läden wäre nützlich. Ein bisschen mehr Platz zum Abstellen seiner eigenen Sachen wäre ebenfalls hilfreich. Man merkt aber , dass Stück für Stück an der Immobilie gearbeitet wird und ich bin mir sicher, dass auch hier noch Verbesserungen kommen werden. Sobald man morgens auf der Terrasse stand und zwischen Bergen und Blick auf diese traumhafte Bucht eintauchte , war das Schwitzen der Nacht schnell wieder vergessen. Die Strände sind übrigens unglaublich schön, Sardinien ist eine tolle Insel und das Haus liegt verkehrstechnisch perfekt. Ein Auto sollte man haben, es ginge mit Mühen vielleicht auch ohne. Wir bedanken uns für einen tollen Urlaub und eine immer erreichbare Katrin, die unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit war!

Traumhaft!

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Wintergarten war ein Traum! Top ausgestattete Küche, sogar mit Toaster, ordentlichen Messern und Frischhaltedosen für die Strand-Melone. Sehr gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer es auch selber nutzen und nicht nur vermieten. Top Lage, innerhalb von wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man zahlreiche Traumstrände. Allerdings ist immer ein Auto erforderlich, auch wenn man abends Essen gehen möchte. Aber bei der tollen Aussicht haben wir viel öfter als geplant gegrillt oder gekocht anstatt auswärts Essen zu gehen. Mein Mann und die Kinder fanden die Aussendusche prima. Einfach empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder - nach Sardinien und in dieses Haus!

Agreable sejour.

Vue superbe sur la mer. On a beaucoup apprecie la terrasse vitree surtout en ce mois d'hiver. L'hotesse et son chum sont tres sympathiques et tres serviables, a l'affut de nos besoins.

The sea view is spectacular

The view makes siesta time almost as rewarding as being right on the gorgeous beach. This is authentic Sardinian living—you will be driving some weaving roads, ideally arrive during daylight, but we did it at night. Some lodging could be set anywhere but this one is full of sense of place. If you like a little adventure for an authentic peaceful experience, book here. katrin is 100 percent helpful.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Die Lage der Wohnung (am Berghang) ist wirklich einmalig. Von der Terrasse und dem 'Wintergarten' hat man einen phänomenalen Blick über die Bucht von Villasimius. Die Zugangsstraße den Hügel hinauf ist noch etwas beschwerlich (nicht geteert und dadurch noch ziemlich ruckelig :-)), dafür liegt die Wohnung sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen und die Vögel - für uns ideal. Wer Party oder Trubel sucht wäre hier entsprechend falsch bzw müsste dann Abends eher noch einmal nach Villasimius-Stadt fahren. Ein Mietwagen ist in der Umgebung absolut zu empfehlen und eigentlich unerlässlich um die vielen tollen Buchten und Strände an der Costa der Rei zu erkunden oder mal einen Ausflug nach Cagliari zu unternehmen. Die Wohnung an sich ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wie man an den Bildern sehen kann ist die Einrichtung - mit Ausnahme der Küche - schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber - und das war für uns viel wichtiger - alles war sauber und gepflegt so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Vermieterin ist zu auch super nett und hat bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen. Da in einigen der vorherigen Bewertungen die Katzen in der Umgebung angesprochen wurden - der Bestand hat sich offenbar bereits merklich reduziert. Wir hatten während unserer Zeit nur 1-2 Tiere die sich auf der Terrasse ausgeruht oder etwas getrunken haben (wir haben die beiden Schälchen auf der Terrasse regelmäßig aufgefüllt). Sie waren aber überhaupt nicht penetrant und eher scheu, so dass sie uns überhaupt nicht gestört haben - im Gegenteil! Zusammenfassend können wir diese Wohnung für einen Erholungsurlaub sehr empfehlen.

Ein Traum

Wir sind gerade 2 Tage zurück in Deutschland und haben schon Sehnsucht! Zur Lage: Villagio dei Mandorli ist ein super Ort, um die Ruhe zu genießen (zumindest Ende Mai). Gefühlt waren wir in der Woche allein in dem Dörflein, nur über das Wochenende hat man ein paar andere Familien in ihren Ferienwohnungen bemerkt. Der etwas ruckelige Weg rauf zum Haus wird mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht belohnt. Zum Haus: Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben - sauber, ordentlich und super ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, sogar an Kühlboxen, Sonnenschirme und Strandstühle für lange Strandtage wurde gedacht. Die erwähnten Streunerkatzen haben uns auch besucht, waren aber ganz friedlich und haben uns nicht gestört. Zur Gastgeberin: Katrin war als Ansprechpartnerin schon vor unserem Aufenthalt immer erreichbar und sehr aufmerksam. Der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert und für alle Fragen, die sich während des Aufenthalts eventuell ergeben könnten, liegt im Haus eine liebevoll angefertigte Mappe in mehreren Sprachen bereit. Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier ganz groß geschrieben :) Kurzum kann man sagen: Ab auf die Terrasse und den Urlaub genießen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Janin + Chris + Elke

Vista mozzafiato, posizione comoda

Katrin si è dimostrata un’ottima padrona di casa, casa pulita con tutte le istruzioni necessarie per in bel soggiorno. La strada esterna non e’ tanto agevole in auto e la spiaggia più vicina dista 850 metri.

We had a great vacation thanks to lovely Katrin and her beautiful house with the amazing view

The house has everything you need (even some boarding games). In the house’s yard you can stay on the beach chairs watching the amazing view on the sea while you can cool off in the shower that is outside (cold and hot water). We had rented a renault clio and we didn’t had any problems with the road or the entrance in the garage. The house has only one A/C in the badroom with the king size bed but if you leave the doors open, all the house will be cool soon. The beaches in Villasimius are very nice! Great beaches that we loved, near the house (5-15 min) : Campulungo (our favorite water), Timi Ama Beach, spiaggia di Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Porto Giunco.

Vista Incantevole sul golfo dì Villasimius

La casa di Katrin ci è piaciuta molto, anche se a onor del vero ci sono degli aspetti che ci hanno impedito di dare la massima valutazione. La strada per raggiungere la villetta è veramente scomoda, non asfaltata e non adatta a macchine basse. Il bagno è datato è poco funzionale...vasca senza tenda...quindi allagamento assicurato... Di contro ha una cucina “magnifica” ,spaziosa, super accessoriata... ed una terrazza con una meravigliosa vista. Katrin è stata super disponibile... Complessivamente la stra consiglio....

Comodo soggiorno a Villasimius!

Proprietà pulita ed ordinata situata a pochi km da Villasimius in un'area tranquilla e con un panorama da incorniciare. Cucina ottimamente attrezzata , l'ideale per cucinare piatti da consumare sul terrazzo esterno. Due sole pecche: la colonia felina che popola le aree esterne che può infastidire quando si soggiorna all'esterno e l'assenza dell'area condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Soggiorno nel complesso assolutamente piacevole, lo consiglio ad ogni tipo di comitiva.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza presso villa Caterina, la casa è situata sulle montagne e dalla veranda /terrazza si può vedere tutto il panorama con vista mare ,bellissimo sia di mattina che di notte. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile ,risponde subito sia per email che sul telefono. All interno della casa potete trovare tutto ciò che vi occorre per il soggiorno ,tra qui ferro da stiro ,phon ed alcuni prodotti. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa villa .

Bellissima vista, cucina attrezzatissima

La casa è composta da una camera doppia (con wc annesso), una matrimoniale , una con letto a castello (adatta a un ragazzo o due bambini), bagno completo con doccia nella vasca (andrebbe messa una tenda), cucina , veranda coperta. Il pezzo forte della casa è sicuramente la terrazza con bellissima vista sulla baia di Villasimius ideale per la colazione (resta parzialmente in ombra fino alle 10) e per le cene . Nota di merito per la cucina , non grandissima ma nuova e molto ben attrezzata : posate , pentole , contenitori , detersivi tutto è nuovo e in perfetto ordine. La casa è dotata di lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina nespresso, cucina e forno a gas, lavatrice e aria condizionata (solo nella camera matrimoniale). Posto auto annesso alla casa privato e coperto. Nell'armadio della veranda sono a disposizione ombrelloni e sdraio per la spiaggia. La proprietaria si è rivelata sempre disponibilissima. La posizione nel villaggio Mandorli è a pochi km dalle principali spiagge della zona.

Schönes Haus, in sehr guter Lage und herrlichen Meerblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt. Sonnenschirm, Strandstühle, Strandspiele etc., Kühltaschen. Die Küche war auch gut bestückt. Ganz klasse ist die verglaste Veranda. Haben wir allerdings selten drin gesessen . Wir hatten durchweg warme Tage von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober. Die Terasse ist sehr geräumig. Die Matratzen waren gut .Es gibt ein Doppelbett mit einer sehr guten großen Matraze, zwei Einzelbtten und zwei Kinderbetten. Wir können dieses Haus weiter empfehlen .Es gab 2 Dinge, die vielleicht verbessert werden müssten . Der Backofen ging nicht (gab aber eine Mikrowelle) und es gab nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang. Da es warm war haben wir aber auch oft die Außendusche benutzt. Unbedingt Insektenmittel mitnehmen es gab viele kleine Stechmücken. Die Umgebung ist super, man kann alles schnell mit dem Auto erreichen, Villasimius in 4 Minuten. Dort gibt es 3 Supermärkte und alles was das Herz begehrt. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind unglaublich schöne Strände. Zum Beispiel hinter dem Hafen Notteribeach oder an der Ostküste Cala Sinzias(Tamatete). Am Haus lebten mehrere Katzenfamilien mit Babys, die uns morgens und abends besuchten, manchmal kamen bis zu 12 Katzen, vorallem wenn wir gegrillt haben. Sie sind aber alle eher scheu. Wer Sonnenuntergänge liebt, muss darauf am Haus verzichten. Zu dieser Jahresezeit konnten wir sie nicht bestaunen, die Sonne ging hinter dem Berg hinterm Haus unter. Aber von dem ausgezeichneten Hafenrestaurant La Vela sahen wir einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Dafür sieht man am Morgen den Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat mit uns einen sehr netten Kontakt gehalten. Sie war über Whattsapp immer erreichbar.

Très bon séjour

Un séjour très agréable, dans une location très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, propre avec une vue superbe . Maison proche des plages. Un très accueil et beaucoup d'explications . Super!
