The Condo has one king-size bed which is perfect for two. A small kitchenette with granite counter top, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and basic kitchen supplies is convenient for preparation of small meals and snacks. Treasure Island vacation
Had a great time at the Bilmar Beach Resort. Our room overlooking the pool and the Gulf was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again. Our host Coral was very attentive to our needs

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort and restaurant were great as well as the friendly staff. However, the pool and hot tub were closed as was the gym and laundry room. I understand they are rebounding from the hurricane but the website should be updated accordingly. I will definitely return.

The Bilmare
The room and host are great. Please keep in mind it is similar to a hotel room, but nice. The Treasure Island area as of this date still is suffering from some Hurricane damage and there is a lot of construction

Fantastic location. Right across the street from Ricky Ts and Walgreens and Publix. Balcony overlooked the water, the pool, and Sloppy Joes. I will stay at this location every year.

Exceeded Expectations
The condo was even better than the pictures suggest! We walked in to a direct view of the gulf. The bathroom is huge and plenty of storage for clothes/suit cases. I was a worried that being just above the pool would be loud but once the slider is closed with blackout curtains - we slept well in that very comfy bed! It was nice to sit on the deck and hear the live music at Sloppy Joes. Would definitely rebook and recommend as a perfect option!

The condo was great, even though it was more like a motel room with some extra amenities. Handicap parking was not sufficient. The room could have used some more lighting, The view of the beach was fantastic. It’s close proximity to restaurants and shopping was worth it,

The Bilmar Beach Resort is a land mark resort in the heart of Treasure Island. The renovations and conversion to a condo hotel have given private owners like me the opportunity to have a piece of property in this exceptional setting.

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the resort come to life. I sip my coffee and 'people watch' ..... the walkers, bikers and runners on the mile and a half beach walk way.
