Newly refurbished character cottage with garden area and within a short level walk to the Quayside, which offers delightful views across the Estuary to Instow. With two double beds this property is an ideal base for couples who wish to enjoy the delights of Appledore, including the excellent pubs, restaurants and eateries. The cottage is comfortable and spacious and retains much of its original character, including low ceiling thresholds and a steep stairway, however visitors will not be disappointed with the cosy feel and home from home comforts that the cottage provides. There is a spacious kitchen area with farmhouse table and benches, a separate dining room is to the front of the property and the living room offers ample comfy seating. A handy utility room is off the kitchen and access to the back garden which is tiered (care must be taken with young children). The surf washed sands of Westward Ho! with its famous golf course, the indoor leisure centre at Northam and the historic port town of Bideford are all within five minutes drive.
