There is something for you and all the family to enjoy at this stunning, contemporary lodge which is situated on a 1000-acre estate. Set in the countryside, but with views down to the coast, this really is the perfect location for you to get away and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The open plan luxurious living space has floor-to-ceiling cathedral windows and is a great space in which to relax and savour those amazing views.
For those younger guests in the family who want their own space, there is a snug with a 40" Smart TV and Blu-ray player. There are three bedrooms and with four bathrooms in total there’s no need to fight over who gets to use them first in the morning!
The highlight of your stay here is sure to be the 6-seater hot tub that is waiting for you on the patio. Overlooking the countryside, you can relax in the bubbles and rest those weary feet under the night sky and plan the next day’s adventure. There is also an on-site indoor swimming pool so on those cloudier days you can still find something to occupy the children, if you would like to use the pool on the day of your arrival and the day after, the owner will be able to book the pool for you, after this it will need to be booked on the whiteboard outside reception. For the adults, you can enjoy free access to a leisure centre at the hotel in the grounds of the estate, which also has a gym and discounted beauty treatments. The more active amongst you can walk or cycle around the 1000-acre grounds.
Set on the Cricket St Thomas Estate, Number 6 Quantock Lodge is in a great spot for exploring both Dorset and Somerset. The Jurassic Coast Is 14 miles away with its stunning beaches and coastal resorts. If you don’t fancy cooking, why not head to the local pub, which is just 250 yards away?

The pool is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in 40 minute bookings to allow privacy. It is heated and includes an exercise swimming jet. Normal procedure is to book up to 48 hours in advance on the whiteboard outside the Swandown reception ( not the hotel!). If you wish to let the owner know what time they would like to book for the day and day after you arrive, they should be able to accomodate this.
