Casa Albatros is a splendid two-story villa, located in the heart of Praiano, facing the splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea.
A perfect location for a group or friends or a family that just wants to enjoy and admire the beauty of the Amalfi Coast!

The villa is organized in two independent floors:

FIRST FLOOR

• Large terrace with dining table for outdoor dining and BBQ
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Large living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table
2 bedrooms with single beds (beds size 90x190) - entrance only from the terrace
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with kitchen area - entrance only from the terrace
• 2 complete bathrooms, with shower.


SECOND FLOOR

• Large terrace with deck chairs (access from one bedroom)
• 1 triple room with double bed (bed size 160x190) and single bed
• 1 bedroom with double bed (bed size 160x190) - with access to the large terrace in front
• 1 complete bathroom with shower

Casa Albatros is located about 50 steps from the main road, which is in a great location, parking is available for a fee at about 150 meters

This private Villa was gorgeous, with gorgeous views!

This private Villa was gorgeous, with gorgeous views. The host Luca was amazing and now I know why he is mentioned in almost every review. Luca was always available for any questionsissues we had. When small issues occurred, Luca had them resolved in minutes. The views are breathtaking, but be prepared for ALL of the stairs. The hot tub on the terrace was beautiful at night when the town was going to bed, a nice and relaxing wind down for the night. Overall an amazing 8 night stay was had.

The views from the property were exceptional

Our host Luca met us for check in and did a walk through. He was incredibly responsive & helpful throughout our stay! The views from the property were exceptional. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were in walking distance to many amazing restaurants and very close to the bus stop and marina. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house (1 with a queen bed, 1 with a twin and a queen). And the other 2 bedrooms are located outside of the main house with separate doors off of the patio. The outside room with the queen bed did not seem to have any bug problems due to being slightly uphill, but the bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a considerable amount of insects coming into the room at night. It is early summer and rainy season so bugs are expected, but could probably be fixed with a better sealed door to those rooms. There was a visible gap under the doors to those bedrooms. If you’re not okay with bugs, I would prepare to not sleep in that room.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy

Left after one night out of four.

The property did not meet our needs as a family with young children so we left after one evening and stayed at a nice hotel nearby. Checking in was fine, Luca who is not the property manager helped us, was a bit surly. The location is tough because there are 50 steps up to the property and it is on a small road that you have to duck in between cars anytime a car some down the road.
