The Apartment is a Duplex. The upper floor has a single bedroom, a small living room with a sofa, TV and a single bed. The floor of this floor is all wood, which makes it extremely comfortable and cozy. It is ideal for children and teenagers. The lower floor has a double bedroom with TV, a large wardrobe, an armchair and a small balcony. The windows and door to the balcony are in double glazing. In front of this room you will find the WC, with window, hair dryer, gel and shampoo. The living room and dining room has a fireplace, TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The living room has access to a 6 meter long balcony that is connected to the kitchen, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of one of the golf courses. The same has outdoor furniture for dining, sun loungers and barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and electric oven, extractor fan, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and other accessories. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Apartment and free and easy parking.
