Why should you stay in unit B202?
One of the closest condos to the beach with great views! Walk out of your vacation condo and you are only steps away from either the main pools and lazy river ride or the white sandy beach and ocean!

*Newly added the ability to book 3 night minimums instead of full weeks.

We also have another condo in Waterscape if you only need a 2 bedroom.

Entertainment:
* Daily beach service is included - no need to worry with transporting beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach every day.
* Beach service with our unit now includes a folding table and 1/2 hour daily use of paddle board\kayak!
* Lounge chair patio furniture with access from the living room as well as master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.
* The kitchen is fully stocked to enjoy the grills that are only a few steps from your door.
* Flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room including the bunk area!
* All units have free wifi.

Sleeping Arrangements – We can comfortably sleep 10 in our unit with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 separate twin beds in the 3rd bedroom, 2 twin beds in the bunk area, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Relaxation – Master bedroom has a HUGE tub along with a shower with sitting area. Our unit is stocked with a Margarita machine – mix your own concoctions to take to the beach or enjoy after a day in the sun! Keyless entry – no need to worry about keys during your stay.

Management – We operate and own our unit which means you have access to us should anything undesirable arise. We’ll do our very best to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible!

We offer the payment options including paying by check, major credit card, or the VRBO payment system for your convenience.

We loved our stay! The view is absolutely amazing! Beach is gorgeous. Great place for families. Condo was huge. And met all our needs. Owner good to work with. The condo itself great location for pools and beach!

Great place for kids.

Highly recommend if you are traveling with children or grandchildren. Huge pool with lots of things for kids. Condo is in a good location with nice view. Clean and comfortable.Several good restaurants in walking distance. Hot tubs are overrun with kids. If you are not traveling with kids, you might find a more adult atmosphere somewhere else.

We had 5 adults and 4 kids stay at this condo very comfortably! The view was fantastic, the community was GREAT for the kids and adults, and the condo was very functional for everyone!! We all were very happy with our stay here and will probably rent it again next year!

The property manager was great anytime we needed him. He answered my questions. The condo was beautiful. The kids had a great time and I enjoyed it. I’m 69 years old and it was relaxing and The ocean was full of seaweed and jellyfish so we really enjoyed the lazy river and in the pool, it was a great time.

Beautiful View

We loved stay! Our unit was super clean and perfect for our family of 9. The kids loved playing on the balcony and the adults loved the amazing view. Waterscape was a perfect vacation spot with easy access to the beach and different pool choices. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Great location!

Very family friendly resort. Great host, great communication. We had an excellent time! Our only complaint (which wasn’t related to the unit) was it was a little chilly at times to be in a non-heated pool. The resort does have one heated pool but it was very crowded.

Perfect location especially with kids.

Property was very clean except for top of fridge. Bathrooms are large. Not a lot of Knick knacks which is nice imo when you have kids about. We had a minor electrical issue that was taken care of immediately. Nice, big washer dryer. Some of the headboards on the beds are not attached so beds had to be pulled away from wall to prevent banging on wall. Complimentary beach service is a nice touch and not included in all rentals. Ocean view was great, pool is awesome for children and beach was beautiful. Loved sitting on the balcony which is shaded in the afternoon.Very long wait for food at snack shack at pool. Definitely recommend Stewby’s Steamer which is very near. Go after 7:30 for shorter line.

Beach vacation

This is our third time visiting Okaloosa Island and staying at Waterscape and it never disappoints. We always say we are going to try somewhere else, but the risk is not worth it, as you really do have the best of all worlds when staying here - pool/lazy river, then a few feet away, beach with daily beach set up. Great family location - yet, just minutes away from any night life you could imagine. Richard, our condo host was amazing and his communication throughout the process was superior. Highly recommend!!

Nice property. I love that we could see the beach and the pools. Perfect location for our family. Well stocked kitchen had a Keurig or regular coffee pot. Owner provided check in and check out details. Had a great time.

BEST VACATION SPOT IN FWB

This condo was perfect for our spring break vacation! It has a wonderful view of the beach with a nice size balcony. Convinent for all pools and beach access. Pool has a restaurant that allows you to stay there for the day, no need to leave for a lunch break. Richard keeps the condo neat and clean and it is stocked of all the kitchen accessories you will need to cook. Would recommend to anyone and hope to book again for the summer.

Perfect for our crew of 7

We had an amazing and relaxing week. The balcony was huge and the views were perfect. We all had plenty of room to relax. Waterscape is a great family oriented place to stay and really geared to those with younger kids. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the beach was my favorite!! The location of the building is a close drive to everything. The bottom floor of the garage has carts to help with loading all your stuff to your door. A few of the beach toys in the closet were broken, but we didn’t have a need for them and it did not deter us from enjoying our stay and anyone can get a good bucket of sand toys anywhere at the local stores. If you have a Sam’s club membership I highly recommend future renters to stop and grab their big beach towels for $11. It worked perfect for us and they are really nice. The condo was equipped with toilet paper, laundry pods and paper towels for a couple days so all you really need that first couple of days is your food. The condo was light and bright and the chair in the living room is so comfy!! Richard was great with communication and easy to email, call or text. Our family had such a great time in the perfect location and we cannot wait to come back to B202.

This was a great place that exceeded my expectations. Reminded me of when I used to go on vacation as a kid, except the pools were way better. Loved the zero entry pools and the heated pool.

Family vacation

The location of this particular condo was perfect and it’s not far from the pool areas or the beach. You can see the ocean and people watch from your balcony. If you need anything the owner and/or his housekeeper respond rather quickly! This condo also had a box fan if you wanted to use it in the master bedroom. We sleep with one on at home so this made the sleep even better. The bunks have comfortable mattresses and are thick, not like the cheap flimsy ones on most bunks in other condos we’ve stayed at. We had a great time on this property!!!!

Great experience all around!

We had been to the waterscape before and decided to invite the in-laws so we needed more room. This was closer to the beach and we were excited. Richard's communication was timely and thorough so we knew exactly what to expect. We arrived a little early and were able to get bracelets for the pool so the kids could swim. The condo was clean and very well kept. We had a wonderful week in a great location. Thank you!!

Spacious Condo with a Wonderful Floorplan

This condo is very nice. Soooo roomy. 3 bedrooms, bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. I will say it is a bit utilitarian for this community. No small individual shampoos. No blow dryer! 2 laundry pods? The decorating is nice and sturdy. The position of the condo is awesome with great views of the ocean. The patio is so very roomy. Sadly the cleanliness is lacking. VERY worn carpet and stained. Trash behind lamps.

Great vacation at Waterscape

Very much enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. The condo was great for my whole family including 7 adults and 2 young children. Richard, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions. The view was awesome. And looking towards the pier we even saw dolphins in the distance while on the balcony.

We are a fun loving family that Loves Waterscape! We are a family of five, with three great daughters. We have owned unit C-204 since 2010 and recently acquired B-202 also. We love for people to stay in our favorite home away from home and try our very best to make it easy and stress free to reserve and stay with us.

Why they chose this property

Waterscape has something for everyone! Nearly a waterpark inside the courtyard with many pools and the lazy river ride. Waterscape also has a wide and deep sugar white sand beach with loads to do or just relax and listen to the waves.

What makes this property unique

Unit B202 is one of only a few true 3 bedrooms and is in a premium spot to have a direct view of the wide white sandy beach and the ocean.
