The most beautiful holiday home

Beautiful! Not too much was promised. The house is great and so are the landlords. The neighbourhood is quiet and shopping facilities are nearby. Our son wanted to stay there. Always happy to return.

A house for all seasons

There were four of us. We felt truly relaxed in the house and garden. It was wonderful just to open the upstairs bedroom window onto the balcony and view the garden already drowned in sunshine. We hope to return.

Ein ruhiges, sehr hübsches und gepflegtes Anwesen mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Vermieter waren super nett und alles lief unkompliziert ab. Für uns ging und geht es nicht besser. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Tage vor Ort in volleb Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Betreuerin vor Ort waren freundlich und völlig problemlos. Volle Empfehlung unserseits!

Und wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa gemacht. Der Empfang war wieder sehr nett (mit einem Apfelkuchen), das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und es gibt fußläufig mehrere Möglichkeiten für einen Hundespaziergang. Danke an Alix und ihre Eltern, die stets ansprechbar waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Sehr achönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, dafür musste man mit dem Auto viel fahren (Strand, Supermarkt). Was für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Unsere Anliegen wurde von der Verwalterin schnell beantwortet. Für unseren Hund war es auch perfekt. Grundstück komplett eingezäunt und Gassirunde auch in der Nähe.

Un véritable havre de paix

Si vous rercherchez la tranquillité, le calme, le confort, de l’espace pour les enfants, et la proximité avec la plage ou les randonnées, arrêtez de chercher : cette maison répond largement à tous ces critères. Il suffit de rajouter l’accueil convivial et les petites marques d’attention des hôtes, et vous n’aurez plus envie de repartir… en tout cas, moi, je reviendrai… Un grand merci à Alix et à ses proches de nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique !! Je recommande sans hésitation.

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus von Alix liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, umgeben von Golfplätzen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind großzügig, die beiden Bäder toll. Wunderbar ist der Sonnenbalkon, auf dem wir in der schon sehr warmen Märzsonne unseren Morgenkaffee genießen konnten. Für unseren Hund waren sowohl der eingezäunte Garten als auch Wege unterhalb des Hauses für die kurze Gassirunde ein Plus. Selbst ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Esterel-Gebirge waren ab der Haustür zu Fuß möglich. Die Strände der Umgebung, die schöne Altstadt von Fréjus, die Bucht von Agay und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken, besonders bei Alix Eltern, die uns sehr herzlich mit einem Pastis begrüßt haben, immer ansprechbar waren und uns sogar persönlich zu einem tollen Wanderparkplatz begleitet haben. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, liegt ruhig, umgeben von Golfplätzen, einige Kilometer von St. Raphaël entfernt. Kleine Abstriche mussten wir machen, da doch einiges in Haus und Grundstück „überholungsbedürftig“ ist. Türklinken, Toiletten- und Bidetspülung sowie Geschirr und Gläser sollten regelmäßig gesichtet werden. Dafür waren jede Menge Vorräte ehemaliger Gäste in den Küchenschränken zu finden. 800 € Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen fanden wir ungewöhnlich viel. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nochmal 15€ pro Person fällig. Die Kissen waren, wahrscheinlich dem feuchten Klima geschuldet, flach und fest wie ein Brett. Zum Schlafen unangenehm. Die Bettdecken und Bettwäsche waren zum Teil zusammengewürfelt und der Bettbezug ein umgeschlagenes Laken. Zum Einkaufen und zum Erreichen eines Restaurants muss man zwingend fahren. Wir haben viel unternommen und die Zeit in der ruhigen Umgebung genossen.

Superbe maison au calme ....

Très jolie maison avec jardin...voyageant avec des animaux, nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison dans une impasse. Belle terrasse ombragée avec barbecue, une grande table pour recevoir quelques amis ... tout était parfait ! L'intérieur de la maison est confortable, une chambre au rez de chaussée avec salle de bains que nous avons occupé avec mon mari durant notre séjour ... 2 chambres à l'étage avec une salle de bains qui nous ont permis de recevoir nos enfants ... Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine :)

Erholsame Ferien in St.Raphael

Wir haben uns, 4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund, im großzügigen Ferienhaus während unseres 2 wöchigen Urlaubs sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Auswahl an Stränden hat uns gut gefallen, es gibt lange Sandstrände und schöne Buchten, die mit dem Auto innerhalb 15 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Auch an den„nicht“ Hundestränden wurde der Hund geduldet. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte und Bäckereien, sogar einen großen Biosupermarkt. Wir haben uns gut erholt und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal an der Cote d‘Azur.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Begrüßung und haben das Haus und den Garten tadellos vorgefunden. Betten waren bezogen und es war alles wunderbar. Probleme hat der Gastgeber schnell und zuverlässig behoben. Leider hatten wir ein Hornissennest im Baum und mussten Abends immer etwas aufpassen, wenn wir das Licht draußen an hatten. Zu den zahllosen Stränden sind wir 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Die Strände im Frejus haben uns sehr gut gefallen, das Meer in Saint Raphael war aber noch blauer. Besonders zu empfehlen, ist eine Weinprobe beim nahegelegenen Weingut.

Tolle Unterkunft. Malerische Lage.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Mit Stil und Charme. Lage in einem guten Quartier der Côte d'Azur. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Mit aller erforderlicher Ausstattung. Wifi ist vorhanden. Toller Garten mit mediterraner Vegetation. Im Vorfeld frühzeitig komplett bezahlt. Trotzdem gab es vor der Anreise eine ungewöhnliche Diskussion über die Erfordernis, ein Deposit zu leisten..... Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel. Privater Garten mit genügend Sichtschutz. Große Bäume spenden angenehmen Schatten. Haus hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Selbst mit Belegung mit 6 Erwachsenen genügend Platz. Großzügige und schattige Parkplätze (morgens bis mittags). Jederzeit wieder.

Relaxen en genieten in alle rust

Schitterende woning in een residentiële wijk waar geen verkeer is,enkel van de bewoners zelf.Zalig om op adem te komen en de ideale vakantie te beleven en al het moois van de streek te ontdekken.De ontvangst is hartelijk en in detail besproken.Het huis straalt charme en geborgenheid uit,echt super!Alle voorzieningen en benodigdheden zijn aanwezig om volop te kunnen genieten. Dit verdient een 10/10 voor de eigenaars Alix& Raphaël!👍

Tolles Haus in wunderbar ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind vielleicht etwas schmal... Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Zum Supermarkt fährt man nur 10 Min., zum sehr schönen Strand von St. Aygulf (Wassersprot, Hunde erlaubt, Cafes/Strandbars) nur gut 15 Min. Auch für Ausflüge liegt das Haus gut. Nizza/St. Tropez je ca. 1 Std. Fahrt, Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen über Ostern.

Maison agréable et conviviale

Maison bien aménagée où l’on se sent bien. Bon rapport qualité /prix. Accueil sympathique de la part de Johanna. Equipement de la cuisine correct. La literie pour adulte est un peu petite à notre goût. Les deux salles de bains sont appréciables; s’il fallait changer qqch, des douches seraient plus pratiques que les baignoires où équipées de parois en verre à la place d’un rideau peu hygiénique. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous sommes sentis à l’aise dans cette maison familiale. Mention spéciale pour le baby-foot 😜 Le jardin est agréable.Nous y reviendrons volontiers.
