The apartment is located in a secure and very quiet luxury residence 200 meters from a marina and 800 meters from the beach. Covering an area of 52 m2, it has two closed bedrooms and a mezzanine with convertible sofa. The 20 m2 terrace is on the first and last floor, facing south, with views of Albères and Canigou, sheltered from prevailing winds (very important in the region to take full advantage of it). Reversible air conditioning, shutters, electric blinds, wi-fi ... ensure optimal comfort in all seasons. Two private outdoor parking spaces are available inside the residence. Close to Collioures, Spain and the Pyrenees, you can take advantage of your holidays to discover the region. For athletes, the Capellans complex (tennis, squash ...) is about 500 meters from the residence. There is also a very beautiful golf course in St-Cyp and several equestrian centers.

Magnifique sejour !!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. L'appartement est calme, lumineux,avec tout le confort. Le petit plus : une belle terrasse offrant une vue magnifique sur les Alberes et le Canigou. Excellent accueil.

Très bien

Sophie nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous a fait faire le tour de l’appartement, personne sympathique et disponible. M. Jeannel est prévenant lors nos échanges téléphoniques, personne soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes. Très bel appartement, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Literie correcte. Le plus est la climatisation qui rafraîchit bien les pièces. Une grande terrasse avec store permet de déjeuner et se reposer à l’ombre. La piscine est très appréciable surtout en temps de fortes chaleurs. L’emplacement est idéal pour sillonner les environs. Se situe non loin de l’Espagne, parfait pour le ravitaillement !!!

Très bon séjour à Saint Cyprien

Le logement est tres bien agencé et orienté plein sud avec une magnifique vue sur les Alberes. Très calme pour bien se reposer. La plage est à 800m. Argeles sur mer est à 5km environ et se fait en une 10zne de minutes en voiture. La piscine était malheureusement inaccessible en raison de la sécheresse importante dans le département et d'un arrêté préfectoral.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Lediglich, wenn man "sehr zentral" wohnen möchte, hätte man hier einen "Kritikpunkt", da man zu Restaurants und dem Ortskern entweder länger gehen oder fahren muss. Dies ist aber klar beschrieben und wir haben so exakt die ruhige Wohnung gehabt, wie wir sie gewünscht und gebucht haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

L'appartement est conforme à la description, très calme, fonctionnel, sécurisé et très propre , la literie tout à fait correcte. La personne qui s'occupe de la réception est très agréable, communication avec elle et le propriétaire excellente. Saint-Cyprien est idéalement placé pour découvrir la région. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passés d'agréables vacances, avec un appartement très très bien équipé et lumineux, rien ne manque.Une grande terrasse donnant sur la nature avec un grand soleil. Résidence au calme et sécurisée. De bonnes promenades à pied ou à vélo sont agréables à faire autour de l'appartement. Propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses locataires et très bon accueil de Sophie pour la réception de l'appartement. Je vous le conseille, vous n'aurez rien à regretter Nous reviendrons

Après une première semaine nous en avons pris une deuxième !

Tout est exactement comme sur les photos. On dispose de tous les éléments nécessaires. Le wifi fontionne parfaitement. La piscine est Top ! Très propre. Et les propriétaires très à l'écoute et sympathique. Bref on reviendra, si notre budget nous le permet..

Une magnifique location !

Nous avons loué pour 15 jours en famille ( 2 adultes et 2 ados ) fin juillet/début août. La location est tout simplement parfaite : Une propreté irréprochable, une résidence très bien fréquentée, familiale, avec des personnes sympathiques et respectueuses. La piscine est magnifique, très propre également, spacieuse. L’appartement en lui même est ultra équipé, tout fonctionne parfaitement, la terrasse est grande et bénéficie d’une très belle vue sur les montagnes. L’environnement est très calme. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et soucieux de notre bien être. Un détail qui mérite d’être souligné, la connexion wifi est une vraie connexion, nos ados ont pu regarder leurs vidéos sans problème. A noter que le canapé lit de l’étage est très confortable et a permis à mes enfants de dormir séparément. Les autres literies sont très confortables également. Bref une location idéale que nous recommandons sans réserve.
