The House is classified furnished accommodation ** (2 stars). This ballast stone house, renovated (90m² hab. + Outdoor space with wooden terrace) is in pretty quiet streets of Old St Gilles (classified historic district).
Everything is within walking distance to (docks, markets, train station, beach, shops, restaurants, Super U 300m)
This fully renovated property consists of:
1 large living room (dining room and living room) overlooking the terrace area
1 equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast area, etc ...) also overlooking landscaping
2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds of 90 x 200 in Italian
1 bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
1 bathroom with large shower + toilet
1 wc
The outdoor area with wooden terrace at the rear of the house is facing south. Under the backyard roof, is the outdoor kitchen (hot plate, sink and storage space), no opportunity to get out of the yard for the kids. Terrace of equipment are: 1 garden furniture, outdoor sofa and chairs, parasol.
Board games available.
To park his car, several possibilities: in the street Torterue continuity of our street or in Transverse street.
Shuttles "Gillo'bus" are available at 100m from the house (Loyal Port Stop No. 32) from April to December to drop you to different beaches (Big Beach 2 stops - Boisvinet Beach - Station - Boat to the island Yeu etc ...). Tickets on sale in the shuttles, reception hall, tourist office, community center and travel agencies.

Ein Charakter will gepflegt werden....

Der Ist-Zustand entsprach nicht vollständig den Fotos des Internetauftritts. Ja - das Haus hat Charakter und könnte überzeugen. Das zeigt u.a. die gut ausgestattete recht neue Küche. Doch leider: Der überdachte Patio wirkte durch die abblätternde Wandfarbe vernachlässigt und war in keinster Weise einladend. Der Sonnenschirm hatte Stockflecken und Risse im Stoff. Die Sofagarnitur im Innenraum war stark abgenutzt, der Antiquitätenschrank verströmte ein unangenehmes Odeur. Die nackten Glühbirnen in den Zimmern der oberen Etagen vermitteln den Eindruck, dass man eine wohnliche Gestaltung nicht zu Ende geführt hat. Fehlendes WLAN ist nicht unbedingt zeitgemäß. Trotz allem ein ruhiger zentraler Standort - zweifelsohne ein Haus mit Charakter, in dem man mit aufmerksamer Pflege mehr Wohlgefühl und Gastlichkeit herstellen kann.

Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben, wunderschön gelegen in der Altstadt von Saint Gilles. Alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem haben wir zu Viert einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt.

On oublie la voiture on peut tout faire à pied. La plage les restaurants les marchés les courses. Tout est à proximité. La maison très agréable on y trouve l'essentiel pour passer un bon séjour. Petit bémol uniquement pour les draps qui ne sont pas fournis. Ne pas hésiter vous ne serez pas déçu

Excellent sejour En plein cœur de St Gilles

Localisation idéale en plein cœur de Saint Gilles mais au calme. Accueil très sympathique de Mme sieffert. On peut tout faire à pied : marché, restau, plage, embarcadère pour Île d'yeu. Joli et tres agreable espace extérieur: plancha et parasol. Maison spacieuse. Attention pas de WiFi et surtout pas de réseau donc à prendre en compte si télétravail.

Semaine au top

Malgré le soleil qui avait oublié de venir au rendez-vous nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L emplacement de la maison est parfait tout est à proximité le marché de jour comme de nuit , la rue commerçante, la plage, tout se fait à pied. Les habitants sont très accueillant et très avenant et il y a de quoi s occuper quand on a des enfants. Je reviendrai sûrement.

Maison aménagée avec soin, chaleureuse et très fonctionnelle. Super emplacement, à proximité de la plage, des marchés, des restos, des commerces... Laurent est disponible et réactif pour répondre aux questions. Bon accueil sur place aussi, visite et état des lieux rapide ce qui permet de s’approprier rapidement la maison et débuter le séjour !

La maison est vraiment charmante, le patio très mignon, le tout juste à coté de l'église en plein coeur du vieux centre. Très agréable séjour donc. Juste une remarque, permettre de louer le linge de maison puisqu'il n'est pas compris dans la location, serait vraiment un plus, notamment quand on vient en train... Par ailleurs, la description mentionne un lecteur de DVD que nous n'avons pas trouvé, mais c'est un détail.

Super séjour au coeur de St Gilles

Au coeur de la ville et des ruelles, cette maison typique, joliment rénovée et confortable, permet de profiter des charmes de St Gilles, de ses plages, ses ports, ses marchés, ses commerces, ... tout à pied, à vélo, ... La cour intérieure est idéalement ensoleillée tout au long de la journée. Calme étonnant, tout juste interrompu par les mouettes et goëlands, qui font partie intégrante du décor ... Et la plancha est idéale pour griller les sardines achetées au bateau ! Super séjour !
