Villa Mare is located in the exclusive Prainha Village, close to the beach.
Sunny Prainha is perfect to experience those happy holidays you are looking for or simply to relax. Everything you need is walking distance. Pools, restaurants, supermarket, tennis, paddle, playgrounds, spa, golf, jogging tracks, scuba diving and much more.
Our Villa is full of light, with a very cozy living room, two bedrooms (one suite and one double with an extra bed) and two bathrooms (one ensuite).
The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
It has 3 private terraces, two of them with plain ocean views.
Smart TV and WiFi included. Free Parking.
Prainha Village offers both quiet and safety, with 24h surveillance and restricted access to motor vehicles.
For golf lovers, Prainha is close to the best golf courses in the region.
In July and August, the minimum stay is one week and rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
