Very well-equipped kitchen from where you can see the sea, and open to the living room. Living room with Smart TV (British channels and Netflix), access to the terrace with dining table + 4 chairs and 2 very comfortable folding chairs for sunbathing and sleeping. There are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a very spacious bathroom with a huge shower. Master bedroom with access to the terrace with sea views from the bed. Second bedroom with bunk bed with 3 very comfortable beds.
Fully equipped property with central air conditioning (hot and cold), washing machine, climalit windows with shutters (electric shutter in master bedroom), safe box, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, towels, bed linen and fully equipped kitchen.

Beautiful community garden with 2 swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. The pools are open from approximately June 15 (may vary by 2 days) to approximately September 15 (may vary by a couple of days as well).
Distances: Lots of bars and restaurants within 50 meters. Lidl supermarket 190 meters. Bus stop 300 meters. Carihuela beach at 500 meters. "El Pinillo" train station at 1.1km.

This condo is only 10 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk. It is completely renovated and has a beach side balcony. Sitting on the balcony you can watch the sunrise over the Mediterranean and at night the neon lights of the Ferris wheel.
A lovely condo.
Only draw back is it is on a busy street and at times the cars can be both busy and loud.
That aside I would rent again.
This property had everything we needed for our stay. Very modern and the kitchen extremely workable. British TV programmes were available on an excellent TV. The property is located by a busy road which never stops. Maintenance of the outside facilities were excellent. Everything considered we had a lovely holiday in this apartment. Martin, the owner helped us in every way possible.

De locatie van dit appartement is heel handig: dicht bij een supermarkt, horeca en bushaltes. Je loopt in een paar minuten naar het strand. Het uitzicht op zee wordt prettig belemmerd door een mooie bougainville, geen overburen. Het appt toont fris en modern, heeft een ruime badkamer en een ruim balkon.
The property is as described by Martin. It is clean, well equipped, with comfy bed. Access to nice gardens at the apartment, short walk to the sea, shops, marina and restaurants. It is on the main bus route for those who do not want to hire a car but has plenty of parking for those that do. We enjoyed our stay at Martin's apartment and would not hesitate to retun.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire et disponible tout le temps. Logement propre et superbe emplacement. Seul point négatif le bruit des voisins (ils sont sourd vu le volume de la tv 😁) et la chambre qui donne sur la grande avenue. (Passage des véhicules)
Apartment is bright, clean and well equipped. Balcony is large with great view. Good location 10 min walk from paseo and lots of restaurants, bars and grocery shopping close by.
Our only complaint is the apartment is near a major road and the traffic noise can be loud.
We have been visiting this area for 20+ years and this apartment rates at the top. It is ultra modern, clean and equipped with top tech items. It is ideally situated with great views, close to supermarkets buses and the beach. Martin is an attentive host. No hesitation in giving it our recommendation
We loved our stay here. The apartment was bright, airy and well equipped. Very bright bedroom with good storage and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was big and shower was very good. Plenty of hot water because of new boiler. The living area and kitchen were also very good. Good balcony. Large pool but it was shut during our visit in November.
Great location for walking down to marina, into Torremolinos and Benalmadena . Close to good supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Martin was very easy to deal with, answering any queries promptly.

Perfect, for us, shower the best I've had on the Costas.very hot water and so much power with it. lovely hard mattress. Martin the owner met us at the apt, a lot earlier than the official check in time and went through everything with us. Let us leave the bags there whilst the cleaners had finished. Only 1hr later sent me a what's app, to say room was ready. The pool is massive for an apt block, lifeguard on duty whilst the pool is open to. It must be noted tho the pool is only open for 3months,mid June thro to mid Sept. All in all highly recommend this apt
