Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals-4 burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee pot (12 cup). Bathroom has tiled stall shower. Fully equipped kitchen and bath with all linens. Central heat/air. Washer/Dryer under unit. Unit is 401 sq. feet.
Includes the use of the community swimming pool (heated), boat docks, tennis court, and ice machine.
Bring your boat and launch at the Captain's Cove HOA Boat ramp, community slips available and parking for trailer underneath unit. Just minutes to Charlotte Harbor via Jug Creek.
