About this property

Haven of peace at the gates of La Baule between sea and brière

Nestled in a 30 hectare private domain, a house surrounded by nature on the edge of a pond, forests and meadows, all less than 30 minutes from La Baule, 10 minutes from Pénestin, La Roche Bernard and the beaches of Mahé Bridge.
Any comfort with access to a heated swimming pool, tennis, and to a spa on the domain. Meadows and stables that give the possibility to come with your own horses, contact us.
It is better not to be afraid of dogs because we have 3 of them, who are very nice but who may have to walk around the property. You can of course bring your dog too.
The ponds are unprotected, so it is not suitable for young children without adult supervision.
For large family or friendly gatherings, it is also possible to rent a farmhouse on the same estate which can accommodate 10 additional people: contact us

A property at which to relax and recharge

The gite at Le Guhy was the perfect place to relax and recharge our batteries. A secluded location where Blandine and Carlo made us feel right at home. The combination of the cool gite (due to its stone walls) and the swimming pool on site meant that the vacation remained enjoyable in some record high temperatures (42C)!! Beaches, places to visit, shops and restaurants are all close by but a car is essential. We will not hesitate to recommend this to friends and family.

Cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un trop court week-end dans cet endroit magique en plein cœur de la nature. L'environnement permet une déconnexion totale avec la réalité. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Blandine, Carlo et leurs adorables chiens. Nous avons pu nous reposer, faire le tour de la propriété (32 hectares !) en passant par étangs, verger et forêt ! Quel plaisir ! La literie est parfaite (et je pense que c'est bien la première fois que je dors dans un lit aussi confortable que le mien en vacances). L'endroit est proche de Penestel et nous avons pu y marcher sur la superbe plage). Bref, un week-end reposant totalement déconnecté qui fait du bien. Encore merci à Blandine et Carlo pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse 😊

Nous avons séjourné avec nos enfants dans cet endroit luxuriant au milieu de la nature dans un parc magnifique ! La maison est décorée avec un goût sûr et elle a un charme fou. Dépaysement garanti pour des vacances reposantes à 15 min de l’océan!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub an diesem besonderen Ort sehr genossen! Das Haus, die Lage und ein unglaubliches Grundstück mit einem tollen Angebot haben uns den Abschied schwer gemacht. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, faszinierende Details im Park! Die Kinder haben die Hunde adoptiert und waren sehr glücklich! Ein wirklich besonderer Ort

Séjour merveilleux dans un cadre magnifique. La maison est très bien décorée et équipée , les propriétaires sont adorables et savent rester discrets. Pleins de choses à faire dans le domaine et à l’extérieur. On était si bien que cela a été dur de repartir ce lieu enchanteur !

Le Guhy is a perfect get-away with the lake, pool, tennis courts and super friendly hosts. This is without a doubt one of our favorite places to come for holiday. Highly recommended! Looking forward to returning again.

un paradis de verdure sur la presqu’île de Guérande

C’est un havre de paix en pleine nature. Tout ca a 1/4h de Penestin et 1/2h du Croisic. Cette immense propriété où résident les propriétaires invite a la méditation avec ces sculptures venant d’Inde. Sinon le farniente au bord de la Piscine ou un peu d’activité sur le terrain de Tennis sont possible. La maison d’hôtes est agréable. L’accueil est est chaleureux. Bref un refuge a ne pas manquer pour se ressourcer !

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Blandine et Carlo ainsi que par les trois chiennes, elles aussi très fortes en communication. On se sent bien dès la première minute au Guhy. C’est vraiment l’endroit idéal pour se reposer. La propriété ainsi que les alentours ont un grand potentiel d’activités diverses . Le mot de la fin: nous reviendrons !

Traumhafte Umgebung, sehr schönes Haus. Ruhe pur, aber auch jede Menge Aktivitäten.

Wir haben diesen Sommer zwei tolle Wochen im Haus verbracht, eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Jungs im Alter 8 und 11 Jahre. Bei dem inserierten Haus handelt es sich quasi um das Gästehaus eines größeren, traumhaft renovierten Anwesens. Man muss also damit leben können, dass die Vermieter direkt nebenan in einem viel größeren und noch schönerem Haus leben. Wir hatten damit kein Problem, und haben uns daran erfreut, dass wir alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten des Anwesens nutzen konnten. Und davon gibt es viele: Tennisplatz, Swimmingpool, Angelteich in dem man tolle Karpfen fangen kann, Kajaktour auf dem Teich, Spazieren gehen, mit 3x Hunden und Katzen spielen und jede Menge Tischtennis. Wer Hunde nicht mag sollte das Haus allerdings besser nicht buchen. Die Vermieter Carlo und Blondine sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Umgebung bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für Tagesausflüge an verschieden Strände oder auch zum Sightseeing oder Shoppen. Jede Menge tolle Restaurants sind auch innerhalb 10 bis 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour plus que parfait. Entre la balade en barque ou dans la forêt, la piscine chauffée, le court de tennis et les animaux, il y a de quoi s'occuper ! Les amis des propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et présentés le domaine. Le logement est très joliment décoré et aménagé, de quoi passer le meilleur des séjours. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez vous !

Un véritable havre de paix

C'est avec un immense plaisir que nous avons pu découvrir le logis de Blandine et Carlo. Tout était parfait. Seule ombre au tableau : il nous aurait fallu bien plus que 3 nuits pour jouir entièrement de l'étonnante variété que cette propriété propose sur ses 30 hectares de terrain. Nous avons pu à notre volonté profiter de l'étang, de la piscine, du court de tennis... Un week-end parfait où même le soleil était de la partie ! Très vivement recommandé, encore merci à tous les deux

Véritable havre de paix....

Très bien équipé, parfaitement situé pour qui veut être au calme sans s’ennuyer ; hôtes très accueillants et disponibles ; dans la verdure, beaucoup d’activités extérieures ; notre séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes ! Seule la pluie nous a déçus, mais qu’y faire ? A recommander sans aucune modération
