Comfortable lovely apartment in the very center of Lenno: here in Lenno you will find everything you need for your holiday and this apartment is a perfect place to stay with spacious living room/diner that leads to the terrace with view on the lake and surrounding mountain, modern classic Italian style full equipped kitchen with induction hob, 2 comfortable large bedrooms both with balcony and a modern bathroom with big shower.
1 private car parking free of charge is available just outside the building in a private area.
In the SAME BUILDING WE RENT ANOTHER 2-bedroom APARTMENT and a studio apartment, if you wish to come with friends or big family, please enquire for more information.
Ideally located to reach all highlights on Lake Como: the boat stop and bus stop are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and enable you to visit all attractions in this beautiful area. Relax on the private terrace or stroll down to the center with its cafes along the lake including the best Gelato in lake Como, its restaurants and small shops, grocery and supermarket, everything reachable on foot. Even the beautiful man made sandy beach in Lido di Lenno is just 5 minutes ‘walk from the apartment, there you can spend unforgettable days with your children or go for dinner in a unique atmosphere. The public free beach it’s also only 2 minutes away from the apartment and offers a relaxing garden where you can lay in the sun or reach the water for a swim, bar/cafè is right in the same place. Bank and post office at walking distance. Market-day every Tuesday, one step from the apartment, to enjoy a typical atmosphere. Right here in Lenno you will have the possibility to visit Villa Balbianello and its wonderful garden, Villa Carlotta is reachable in 5 minutes ‘drive, Bellagio and Varenna are also very close and you will enjoy a pleasant boat trip to reach them, Menaggio is just 10 minutes by Car from here, Como about 30 minutes and you can reach them by boat, fast-boat or bus. The scenery walk called “Green Way del Lago” crosses Lenno and you can start from here this leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages, churches, villas and gardens, by breathtaking views.

Amazing apartment

Everything was perfect ! The apartment was spacious modern and so clean and very well stocked! Ambra and her husband were so kind and helped us with luggage and even provided shawls for the wedding we went to. It was like staying with family 🇮🇹 The view from both balconies were breathtaking

Highly recommend

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambra’s apartment. Great location, very short walk up slight hill, close to supermarket, ferry and restaurants. Super clean, equipped kitchen for cooking, very spacious, we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. Would also suit a family of 4. Ambra was very accommodating and responsive. It is on the third floor, however not an issue for us.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed four wonderful nights in Lenno staying in Ambra’s beautiful apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location, just a short walk from the lakeside was perfect. Ambra was a superb host, checking in on us regularly without being intrusive and full of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to enjoy. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Joli appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est grand, joliment décoré et bien équipé pour un agréable séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Beaucoup de visites et les commodities sont accessibles à pied, et Ambra est agréable, très disponible et de bon conseil ! Cependant l'appartement est bruyant car on entend la route même fenêtres fermées, et le chauffage en ce mois d'avril était discontinu donc un peu juste pour le confort que nous attendions. Il y a plusieurs balcons pour apprécier les belles vues et un stationnement juste en bas!

un beau séjour

Nous avons pu profiter de l'emplacement de l'appartement, idéalement situé pour visiter les villages autour du Lac de Côme. Le bus, le bateau sont à moins de 10mn à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre. Les conseils et l'accueil chaleureux d'Ambra, la propriétaire, nous ont été très utiles.

Schöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, neuwertig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Man hat ein schönen Blick auf den See und ist zu Fuss schnell in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin Ambra war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Exceeded expectations

Felt welcomed by Ambra and her family from the moment we arrived. Apartment was larger than expected. Very modern and clean. It was so nice to have space to lounge in, especially as we ran into some rainy, relaxing weather. We loved the Lenno location as it was so much quieter and relaxing than the more touristy areas of Bellagio and Varenna. Ambra's suggestions of where to eat and some local drive/adventures were wonderful. Very nice grocery and launderette within walking distance. Loved the kitchen as it allowed us to stay in for dinner when weather not so great. We look forward to recommending this apartment and location!

Dream destination wedding and vacation.

My girlfriends and I were visiting Lake Como for a friend’s wedding. This was a perfect location for transportation, sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Ambra was very helpful and gave us tips for how to get around, where to go, what to see and became like family to me and my friends. The apartment is beautiful and we could sit for hours on the amazing balcony taking in the gorgeous views. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in Ambra’s Home

The apartment is spacious and immaculate. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is on the the middle part of the lake where you can easily take boats to other nearby towns. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the light change over the lake. Ambra was a gracious hostess, making reservations for us for dinner, showing us where to buy olive oil across the street. She had many good suggestions about things to do and was very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed at all times to make us feel at home

Un super sejour mais...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 enfants dans cet appartement qui est en effet très bien situé, près du centre de Lenno qui est un village très mignon, avec tout ce dont on a besoin à proximité. Ambra est une personne adorable, aux petits soins et pleine de bons conseils pour passer un bon moment au lac de Côme. Malheureusement, il faut quand même le savoir, cet appartement est situé en plein carrefour, ce qui implique qu'il est donc très bruyant. Les voitures et les motos passent vraiment très vite en bas de l'appartement à n'importe quelle heure de la journée et de la nuit. Nous y étions en plein été et on était obligés de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes avec la chaleur, cela nous a donc beaucoup gêné. Peut-être que c'est moins gênant aux autres saisons. C'est donc la seule ombre au tableau pour cet appartement qui est quand même spacieux et bien agencé. Merci Ambra.

Excellent séjour au lac de Côme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lenno, très bien accueilli et conseillé par notre hôtesse. L'appartement très bien équipé est idealement placé et nous a permis de visiter sans prendre la voiture grâce à la proximité du bus, de l'embarcadère et de la Greenway. Le village est très agréable avec la promenade au bord du lac et la plage. Un petit supermarché à proximité à pieds est pratique pour les courses. Tout le monde a apprécié, nous recommandons vraiment cet hebergement !

sehr freundliche Inhaberin

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Besitzerin Ambra empfangen und jeglicher Kontakt mit ihr war immer sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich,wie beschrieben.Keine 10 min (zu Fuß) vom Badesee entfernt. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat,war der Lärm Nachts vor und hinter dem Haus,wo Motorräder und Auto's fahren .Wer in einer Großstadt wohnt ist das gewöhnt.Aber wir wohnen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

Dejlig stor lejlighed.

God beliggenhed, og tæt på søen. Lenno er en dejlig by, med ikke så mange turister, gode restauranter og søen er dejlig at bade i. Ambra er sød og hjælpsom.

Wonderful stay in Lenno with lake view from balcony

Ambra was the perfect hostess, constantly checking with us that we were ok and had everything we needed and providing lots of helpful information. The appartment was spotless and well equipped. We loved every minute of our first trip to Lake Como and Lenno was the perfect place to base ourselves with a lovely atmosphere, and several lovely restaurants to choose from including the gelatoria which had several visits! We enjoyed swimming in the lake to cool down during a very hot week, boat trips across the lake to explore other pretty lakeside towns, some lovely local walks and a couple of delightful local villas. We hope we will be able to return one day soon.

Impeccable Lenno

Beautifully clean, cool and spacious apartment, close to everything you need in Lenno. Ambra is a delightful host--enthusiastic and helpful. And of all the lakeside towns, Lenno is the most serene. Lovely for swimming, visiting Villa Balbianello, having lunch by the lake.

Beautiful clean relaxing accomodation with a wonderful helpful host

Beautiful clean apartment (bigger than the photos show) Comfortable beds, quality furniture and design. Ambra was very helpful and kind. Great location. Very close to the water and wonderful restaurants but in a nice quiet spot. Lenno is definitely nicer and less touristy than the bigger more well known places. The ferry and bus are so close which makes it easy to visit other places. The villa nearby is fascinating.

Wir hatten großes Glück

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, sehr stilvoll und gemütlich, mit zwei Balkonen - einer für jede Seite. Neue Möbeln, eine schöne Küche und eine perfekte Lage, zentral aber ruhig. Lenno ist ein sehr schöner Ort und ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir hatten Glück, unsere Gastgeber und die Wohnung zu finden. Unsere Gastgeberin Ambra hat sich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert, hatte uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben, Transfer und Restaurants organisiert und war immer für uns da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Nous avons passé un exellent séjour dans la propriété d'Ambra. L'appartement est identique aux photos, propreté irréprochable, appartement spacieux, pas besoin de la voiture pour visiter les environs comme Varenna, Bellagio..... Spacious appartement, super clean, nice views, great location for visiting Villa del Balbianello, Villa Carlotta, Varenna, Bellagio. Great comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, only downside is no washing machine, but no big deal for a week stay. Ice cream and restaurants nearby, walking distance. No need for a car. Small supermarket nearby. Beautiful Greenway del Lago.

Ideale Lage am Come See

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage zum See ist ideal. Zum Bootsanleger sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Einziges Manko ist der Lärm durch Motorräder oder Auto's. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, bekommt hier evtl. Probleme.

I am retired, I used to be a secretary in a big logistic firm and I always loved to deal with people and get to know new cultures.
