Large villa 20 meters from the sea formed by 6 rooms (3 with double matrimonilae and 3 with double beds) and five bathrooms (one outdoors but private), plus den, loft, terrace, kitchen and patio to eat.
The house is fully equipped. It has an outdoor barbecue, and a large solarium.
Garden of 2500 square meters private. E 'located about a kilometer outside of Stintino in a very quiet and reserved. There is a nearby beach with the sea very nice. The Hairy is located about six kilometers with hourly shuttle service that stops prprio front of the house.
The nearest airport is Alghero at 45 KM. There are many Ryanair flights from various European locations. We recommend renting a car to be able to move with ease. If there is also a bus that brings dal''aeroporto in Stintino
