This bright house has a spacious living room with large sofas, television, sitting area and direct access to the sunny terrace. There is a large kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen island (tepanyake, American fridge, water dispenser) and a large table. The kitchen has direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy the outdoor barbecue.

The studio does not have air conditioning but due to its location it is isolated from temperature changes that are not so noticeable.

The gardenThe garden has a modern pool with sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. You can make dinner in the open air spaces, depending on the weather, both with table and chairs for 14 people.

The area The property is located near Platja de Aro (7 minutes by car), an extraordinary city that offers the best leisure time for families with all kinds of shops, entertainment and restaurants, as well as visits to medieval history in Castell de Aro or Girona. The Costa Brava is famous for its rugged coastline and small coves.
