Dingle Bay View Holiday Home Description – Sleeps 6 This pretty holiday home is bright and spacious, situated on an elevated site making the most of the beautiful views. This holiday home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests:

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The daily rate for heating & electricity at this property during the peak season is €10. The utilities are meter read and based on consumption during the off peak season. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase
to €500 per property.

3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details in the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

We stayed here for a week in late Sept/Early October and it was fantastic. The location of the house was perfect for a base and the space was great for us. We had 4 adults and 2 children and our 2yo daughter especially loved running around the house and exploring. Cosy nights by the fire as well

Loved the cottage feel!

Great home for the 5 of us with plenty of space and loved having cows out the window! I bit of a sketchy walk into town but loved the quiet of the location. Anne Marie was delightful and helpful getting into the house and suggestions for the area!

un bon séjour mais avec des réserves sur l'hébergement

Propriétaire charmante et accueillante, nos réserves vont sur l'habitat (simple vitrage, chaudière fuel obsolète, estimation de la consommation avec un bâton gradué dont l'indice de départ n' a pas été relevé devant nous) température intérieure à notre arrivée 12 ° explications très sommaire sur le fonctionnement du chauffage, il a fallu une journée complète pour obtenir une température de 19 ° prix du fuel facturé pour calculer la consommation 2 € le litre quand au 13 mars il est annoncé à 1,029 € le litre en Irlande bilan 228 € de chauffage en fin de séjour.(document à votre disposition Si nous comparons avec nos différents séjours précédents (brittany ferries) nous n'avons jamais connu ce genre de surprise désagréable Dans l'attente d'une réponse à ce mail bien cordialement Yves ROBIC

Nicht zu empfehlen

Das Haus schaut von außen nicht schlecht aus. Beim näheren Betrachten fallen aber schon einige Mängel ins Auge. Alle Fenster undicht, es zieht im Haus durch die Ritzen. Alte Holzfenster, bei denen der Fensterkitt aus den Rahmen fällt. Einscheibenverglasung. Nicht geputzte Fensterscheiben, überall Staub auf den Fußleisten. Die Heizkosten von 2,00 €/Liter Heizöl sind schon hoch genug, was durch die undichten Fenster und fehlende bzw. nicht funktionierende Heizkörperventile noch mal immens zu Buche schlägt. Wir haben an allen Tagen die Heizung ausgemacht, um nicht die Umgebung zu beheizen. Ansonsten von der Ausstattung noch ganz in Ordnung, auch wenn alles sehr alt und auch sehr abgenutzt ist. Ein zweites Mal wird es keinen Urlaub in diesem Haus geben,

Fantastic holiday home with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen for self catering. Spotlessly clean. Very Comfortable with latest Smart TV and WiFi. Hostess Anne was very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. Beautiful views of the Iveragh peninsula.

It was a good base for us , and had more or less everything you need in it , and Ann was a brilliant help with everything too This is a old house, so I would say in the winter time it would cost a lot of money to heat it , maybe upgrade windows, noise road at all times, Security Sysrems,

Excellent location, large accommodation sleeps 7, kitchen well equiped with everything you need for self catering holiday. Would be better if Gas and electricty was included in the rental price not charged extra on departure.

I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house. The house had everything ie dishwasher tabs, cleaning agents etc. The house needs a second toilet and a power shower
