Not The Best
The location was main floor by the pool bar so that was fine. Everything else was a poor experience. The condo had 2 microwaves and neither worked. I had 2 little ones to make food for and couldn't due to broken microwaves to make some quick food. So had to start oven and do that whole process. Also only 1 washrag for 4 people in the room and when i called Casago for help assistance they stated they would get me a new microwave and extra towels and wash rags but that never happened.. All but 1 patio light was out on the back so couldnt sit otside either. Maintenance said they would fix that but didnt. The fridge also leaked but nobody came for that either. I have been to Rocky Point a ton of times but the is the 1st time using Casago as the owner property manager and that wont happen again. i never had issues like this before. Also this unit has limited everything as in no bowls or even an oven mit. So had to use a towel to get food out of the oven. It would be nice for some partial refund since we had to pay out of our pocket for a lot of extras but nobody is calling me back. For what we paid to stay here was not worth it.Think twice about renting from Casago, Thank god there was a pool and the ocean .
