About this property
Comfortable Studio Close To Beach and City Center
Nice "Studio" type apartment on the ground floor including a private bathroom with a bathtub. It has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine "Dolce Gusto"). It has two beds plus a 2 person sofa bed. A baby bed can also be added by request. There is also an 8 m² terrace and a swimming pool.
This is our own private studio and does not belong to Piramides Resort.
The "Parque Cattleya" complex is secured by a locked gate and enjoys a central location in Playa de las Americas at few minutes walking distance to the beach. Lot or cafe's, bars, supermarkets are directly around, and yet, the studio is just out of the noisy area so it's quite a get a good sleep at night.
This property has a top location, it has a walking distance or:
- surrounded by supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants;
- 500 m to the beach;
- 800 m to the known commercial street "Av. Las Americas ";
- 1.7 km to Siam Park;
- 2.6 km to Aqualand Costa Adeje.
